- GIGABYTE's resident PC builder Leon Chen dropped by the Newegg Studio to build a killer gaming system with an i7-7700k CPU, a monster Aorus GTX 1080 graphics card, and an Aorus Z270 Gaming 9 motherboard as well as a full assortment of GIGABYTE Xtreme Gaming components. Didn't know GIGABYTE made power supplies, cases and CPU coolers? They did a few years ago and now the're back. So if you're curious about building a gaming PC, Overwatch gaming PCs or looking to upgrade to a VR-ready or 4k editing system with GIGABYTE or Aorus components, check out the video.

nice placement of the top LEDs. I love being blinded while looking at my components.
I like the case minus the extreme gaming logo lit up on side. To extreme for me..
G Mck *Too
Want a gold star? But I'm sure The Grammar and Spell Check Police have already awarded you with their highest honor already.
I'd take this case too without that huge logo
No first boot test. Also "forward slash" is just "slash". They are synonyms like "price point" and "price" are.
That was awesome, Explained nicely, Thank you. I am going to build an Aorus System in a few months. But here in Australia everything is stupidly expensive when it comes to P.C. components. I'm looking at a $6000 build.
Leon, Where can I get one of those Gigabyte T-Shirt's that you have on?
Very nicely done, great job!
I would have loved to see you connect the case lighting. I have the same case and for whatever reason it doesnt light up. By that I mean the "Extreme Gaming" Light on the case itself. Thought I connected everything.
GPU release date 3-10-17. At CES it was mentioned that the 1080ti (rumors of release 3-10-17) would use the same cooler. Coincidence I think not.
Beautiful, pricy and complicated... 3 reasons why i can't even imagine to have this kind of pc. =)
You don't pronounce the last "s" in chassis
Chassissesssssss lol
Jacqui Penar lmao, it was killing me
Jacqui Penar hahaha
I like the external front panel connector device!
Well since I can’t get a i7-8700...I’m looking closer at this. Thanks!
This video made my wallet jump out of my pocket and run out the front door.
lol :D
Finally We learn how to align CPU
Bloody awesome man just loved to this pc assembly, i cant to wait to assemble one for my self.. seems to be over budget but i will get
Ideally I think putting the board on a think foam mat would be best, AND I always try to hold the board. Why does no one use a foam mat???
Awesome build
The monitor in the background, is that the Z35?
DId I read somewhere that this board costs $499....? LOL! That is just hilarious for a Z270 based board. I'll 'struggle' onward with my mere $165 Asus Z270 Prime, I guess, and, if I feel I need 3 LAN ports, I'll install a $50 NIC..... There, $300 saved.
When is the XTC 700 cooler coming out?
24 Pin Power Supply connection to the Motherboard. Motherboards have not used 20 pin Power connections for easily over 10 years...
Nice build.
Would you mind telling me the name of the case?
That is over the top bad ass!
i like that case, what the brand name of the case
how come you did not add a disc player.
If it didn't have the fugly _extreme gaming_ branding all over it that'd be a really nice case...
Would be nice if the CPU cooler was flush with the GPU :).
Hi, could you fit 4 GTX1080Ti FE in this case?
It's Chen!
why cant i find the case for sale???
75% of my rig is gigabyte. Reward me a case pls XD
Where Can I Find This Case????????????????

Soup Rice good but u overpaid on a lot of parts
Instead, I just bought a extra large case and put a lava-lamp in it and a UV-bowling-ball, cause that just looks retro-rad
500 dollars for a motherboard? sick build..but way to expensive for us normals :D I could build a entire pc whit 500 dollars just from the motherboard lol
Tiago Cunha just get the gaming k5 it's $179.99
In life, you do get what you pay for.
raymondgoubet wow, so no one ever gets cheated if they are computer illiterate??? like old people or people who just haven't learned what the price of items are or should be, u sound ignorant, u don't always get what u pay for, when Zen CPUs get released you'll see, almost the same technology as Intel's CPUs but at a way cheaper price, we'll see if u still think this, remember same clock speeds for 1/2 to 1/3 the price
Well, maybe, but personally, I would still get Intel, for the quality (as you said "almost the same technology", there is the "almost"), and with that money the hopefully keep the lead, and get even better. And by the way, at my age, I won't need money for another 50 years, we don't need it in the afterlife! LOL. Of course, anybody is free to disagree with me.
raymondgoubet see if u did you're research the (almost) works in AMD's favor this time, same clock speeds, same technology but AMD profected the nm on the chips making them better overall and adding more to the L2 and L3 cache but if u wanna be an Intel fanboy and be an idiot, by all means, feel free to pay $200-$700 more for the same technology (4 core, 8 thread or 8 core, 16 thread) CPUs because u love to make Intel richer rather than see AMD cares about your pockets.
1 word..... PRICE !!!
can you get that case in Denmark ??
what is this case I must have one
what case was used in this build?
4:05 he doesn't say how/where to buy it though as far as I can tell. It ain't on newegg.

Круто!!! Супер!!! Молодец!!!
WHERE ARE THE GIGABYTE CPU COOLERS TODAY???? (sniff sniff)
And PSU's...
South Africa suppliers must wake up
Greg Casten I find fellow South African I like
Chassis is singular, not plural. :P
Merde je me suis abonné directe dès les début la classe cette présentation
08:52 Like a pea sized if not a little bit smaller. Uses a wack load of thermal pest!
Got to be careful of those thermal pests...
That motherboard price lul
this guy used wayyy too much thermal phaste
I was thinking the same thing.
That was my thought as well, it's wasteful but won't wreck anything or adversely affect the cooling.
Doesnt mean that much in the end. It is better than having too little paste.
You built a $4500 PC and want something not overpriced? Talk about doing it wrong xD
wayyyyyyyyyy too much? nah
Definitely not worth paying for an overpriced motherboard.
Anyone watching this video on a Gigabyte smartphone?
Because I do.
RGB everywhere!
-_-
where is your chance player
wow
actually actually actually actually actually actually actually, ect. lol actually
#SENDMEONE
Sexy build! damn son!
An an electrical engineer, I can't believe you;re not grounded. Many PCs will get damaged if you're not grounded. You PC guys don't usually much care because you work ina store with a lot of spare parts around, but when the humidity is low, you can EASILY charge up and destroy things.
Other than that, I'd assemble on an ESD-safe surface, about like you're doing it.
So, not bad except for no attention at all to ESD.
Yo Dawg we heard you like big ugly logos everywhere!
components that have XTREME GAMING or shit like that in big lit up letters is extremely tacky
an ugly looking fan that looks like an cylinder head on an overclock board in a small case??? whats wrong with AIO
for gods sake ... pls get someone who actually has a clue about cable-management for doing these Videos >.>
