How match you make frames and samples? And what about the quality?

Hi, 25 frames/sec and 320 samples. 4 star quality and it took 15 hours to render with RTX 3090.

There is a plugin for 3ds max called craft director studio. With that you can easily animate the car.

Blur is little unrealistic try to reduce the depth of field

For small to medium size projects, it should work without problem, however for large scale projects, you will need a better graphics card (particularly with more VRAM)
