I know both comments here and on superstonk can potentially be hurtful, but as someone who both is knee deep in GME lore and has spent an ungodly amount of time on UA-cam, you aren’t doing anything wrong with this content. You’re not trying to mislead, convince, or try to get people to make a decision. It’s all theories and not everything can or will be right.
I enjoy that though. It’s a tremendous effort you’re putting into that sheet, and it tells a lot of useful information. If only people would read, or think critically.

Richard we appreciate all that you do! Don't take Superstonk criticism too seriously. I think they're just frustrated with how long things have taken to develop because of the market manipulation.
Don't beat yourself up man. You are very well received by the kind of people that don't create drama on the subs and tend to be long term chill investors, in this since the start.
Ignore Superstonk. There is definitely a cycle and perhaps a few that are on top on each other that makes it harder to pin down.

Thanks for the content Richard. I'm sold on this theory. The fact GME issues the shares at the hypothetical highest price which would be after the the FTDs are delivered makes so much sense. RC a step ahead of everyone. $5 billion(ish) cash and assets strategically acquired using shorts as a smoke screen, hedges fell right into it. Great for the stock. Great for real investors that believe in the company, not just a squeeze.
Richard, you start conversations and explore concepts. Anyone that can't appreciate a good open conversation like this isn't worth your time.

I just want to shout out Dr. T. She's said from before many in this play were born that FTDs are the problem. And she has nonstop advocated for market reform on FTDs. Well deserving of the Queen Kong moniker even if she isn't directly part of the GME saga.
Awesome, your work is so important. Remember, their worst nightmare is if we figure things out. We figured out that institutions are the only ones commenting on proposals and thus always getting what they want. Now we are commenting as well, be it SEC or EU or Congress, and the impact is visible. This is psychological warfare, not just via price action. They want us to feel powerless, but in fact we are not and it is not in vain to get involved, even if the system is usually super slow. Institutions have almost unlimited resources and since the HOOD trial we know that they watch us on Reddit. What happened with WSB, the ape migrations and the AMC community just shows that they likely target influencers and mods and try to turn them against the community. I suspect also turning Superstonk into another WSB is their goal. I am not sure if the mod team still has integrity of if it got compromised over time, but it seems at least some mods use the rules very generously to censor content the institutions do not want to spread. I often rather post DD on the GME and Teddy subs these days. It strikes me as insanity to suppress sharing critical content, but it totally makes sense, that institutions would hire bot farms and the likes to control the narrative. We might need to create a sub similar to Jungle, where only credited members of the community can share high value content to keep the institutions out.

Seems like the 21st is a major day. This is why they have been suppressing to price. So that fewer people are in the money.
RK's 5m strike purchase has a T+35 settlement date of 21st June. That is when he gets real shares. The 4m+ shares T+35 is 19th July.
So, hold most for Moass. But learn the cycles and trade on them to make more side cash while waiting… got it 🤘🏻

i believe this is what RK is showing. also, I am inclined to believe that he might point to the next one in the future. If you see when he initiated his last buys for the 4million shares (in june 14th) it is to add more fire to the FTDs that are about to come 35+ days in. That might explain the why of NOT waiting until jun 21st to buy as THEY and WE all thought it will happen. It is all PART OF THE PLAN. Also this is why i believe he was challenging RC to buy NOW! to add even more millions of shares to settle together with his 4milli and what Apes also added.
Richard ,add how much the price went up, how long it stayed elevated, and how long before the price dropped with the total percentage drop and rise between cycles of FTD
Also, they've linked Ryan Cohen buying shares in December 2020 and then 35 days later the stock absolutely ripped and gave a huge boost to the squeeze.
Now that “they” know more people are catching on, it’ll be time to change up the strategy.

And it's just about covering FTDs (which they can theoretically do with plan DRSd shares or street name shares held in the DTCC), then they have to buy back all the shorts 😂

I’ve spent probably 50+ hours trying to figure it out. Read all the DD. Read all this similar stuff. None of it ever adds up. There are many spikes that make no sense. I figure they have many cycles, many indicators, many functions we will never know. Many things we can’t see that force them to close. None of it ever adds up. I just buy and hold. F it lol
I noticed you drag and watch the "count" there, be careful as it doesn't count empty elements. For myself I've been dragging along the dates since all of those cells are filled with data, and the count will work as expected
I try to always use the Data column for that reason. :)

Worth noting the XRT FTDs are likely coming as a result of a larger bet as locates for other derivatives. There's no other reason to use AP powers to create ETF shares in the way that's being done.
This is awesome! I’ve been around since 2021, and I know FTDs have been discussed but I feel like the info has never been as clear as you’re laying it out now.
Whoever doesn't receive this well can pound sand. This amount of digging and info is awesome!!! It was *obvious* that *something* was up but I could never figure out exactly what and gave up and moved on ignoring it for 2 years. The recent events and your channel have re-kindled my interest and I'm so glad I came across your videos! Would be awesome to see an overview of that academic paper as well if that is something your interested in doing!

A great test of this would be to take another similar illiquid stock that is in an ETF and see if it is replicated. Because if this is what they are doing (via algos) on GME, the I would bet they are doing it on others. Between the ETFs and actual stock, they have kind of made their own money machine.
Unfortunately, I don't have the time to do that. Maybe a project for somebody else.

I also stumbled upon the week ending Fri, August 9 as a potential target. DFV posted his 9 milly share update 6/13 & 35 trading days after that would be Monday, August 5. However, I think he may have exercised the afternoon of 6/12, which would make 35 trading days later Friday, August 2. Seems like making this fall on a monday would be better than a friday, but not necessarily. At first I think Mon would be better because the rally would extend through the week instead of getting potentially stopped by the weekend break, but then again having prices close high on a friday would put many options ITM and could start a domino effect at least for the options that would be exercised. Calls for Aug 2nd & Aug 9, anyone? NFA of course.

So GME can technically keep doing ATM offerings till the full 1 billion shares is offered and keep taking advantage of this cycle. Meanwhile, raising the floor price of common stock and continuing to raise billions of dollars for the war chest.

No moass is bound to happen at some point. What I believe is with these ATM offerings taking place and raising the floor price of the stock, one of these offerings is going to break the camels back and knock over a dominoe.
