1. You need the baby’s live certificate of birth authenticated by the PSA, so you need to go to your designated city hall to get it stamped. Request for a certificate of live birth online via the PSA website.this takes about three weeks.
2. Once you receive your certificate of live birth, set an appointment online at the nearest passport branch
3. Bring the necessary requirements to your appointment.
It’s quite easy to make bookings online now and the passport roll out doesn’t take as long anymore. Make sure to read online to double check your recruitments, but this is the general idea

How to travel an infant? What do you need to present at the airport? Do you need to buy her a seat if it’s a long flight? Did you ask for bassinet?
You need a passport, Suri is 2 months old so she didn’t need to purchase a ticket. However my mom got us business class seats so we had comfortable seats to sit with Suri. You’re usually asked to hold your baby, there was no bassinet, but I know some people can buy travel bassinets.

They’re from Banz! She was good, we had things like milk prepared in case she couldn’t adjust to the cabin pressure.
