Jay! Thank you so much for making this video. I am planning to attempt SQE2 at next May and now busying on reviewing FLK. I am straggling on the preparation of SQE 2 as there are so many stuffs to prepare and I am not really ready on the skill yet. But your video does encourage me!
@@jeantarot483 hi - of course! I’m glad the video encourages you ☺️ reviewing the FLK is exactly what you need to do - you have a lot of time to get there - good luck for May 😊
Hey Jay, great content - it's been so helpful to hear some genuine advice. I'm just wondering if you have any tips on the advocacy 45 min prep? E.g. did you rely on annotating the materials, writing up a brief script..etc? Thanks in advance! Sitting it next week, in the dreaded 12:40 😬
@@justintan7087 hey I’m glad it helps! Head over to my TikTok/ Instagram I just posted a video in response to this yesterday - basically explaining exactly what I did to prep :)
Hey Jay, great content! I've found your insights incredibly useful as I've started prepping for the SQE2. Thanks a lot! 🙏 I was wondering, could you consider creating separate videos for each skill area, packed with as many examples as possible? It would be super helpful! 💌
I know how you feel it is very daunting - try and stay positive & focus your energy on learning more about the SQE & on revising to pass it. Also try and focus on revising undergrad content now before you start as you won’t be able to do it once term starts.
@@JaysLawLife what areas I need to focus on more for sqe1? Please can you guide on this or make a video that would be very helpful. I don’t even know where to make a start 😓
@@Syedasventure hey - it’s hard for me to say. I did make a video on this saying that focusing on the taught subjects within a prep course (ie procedural law) is where you should focus on as it is where the majority of students are failing these exams based on the SRA statistical data. However, all of the subjects are extremely important to revise

Feeling really nervous about SQE2 and this gave me some reassurance! Thanks a lot for sharing your experience
