Investing more than 5500 sqft in Noida Extension is not a wise decision. You are wasting your money in Flats. Purchase Land if more budget.
I will recommend only trusted builders especially in Noida. Being a Civil Engineer construction quality matters. Rely on

Godrej construction quali is very poor at least in Pune. They outsource their construction to the cheapest bidder here.
