Does anyone know if Alex Ebert is the lyric writer, Did he write all the lyrics and did Avicii wrtie the melodies and produced it of course
You can literally see them working on the song together. Both Tim and Alex wrote the lyrics and this can be seen at the Avicii Experience

they wrote it together. I visited the "Avicii Experience" in Stockholm last weekend. They showed different tracks how they worked with Tim. Also Alex Ebert and For a Better Day was shown. You can see and hear, that they both negotiate about the lyrics and bring it together. Also in all public sources (wikipedia e.g.) it is stated, that both have written the lyrics.
