    السلام علیکم ڈاکٹر صاحب، جب مین سون جاتا ہوں تو میرے دمگ میں کچھ نہ کچھ چل رہا ہوتا ہے اور مجھے نند نہیں آتی تین-چار گھنٹوں کے برے نند آتی ہے اور میری ٹانگوں میں بہت درد ہوتا ہے اسکی واجہ نہ سہی کوئی باتوں مجھے خوش کرنے کے لیے آتی ہے۔

    The best. I use to sleep between 9-10 pm and get up at between 5-6 am . Walk daily 5-12 km daily
