thanks for this video, this is the place where i was raised and thank you so much for your good comments on the place. am planning to build some resting place in the area of Mt Mago where hikers can stay on for a night, need water facilities and rooms to rest on with food. ...at the base of the mount mago hill lies the long 30 to 4o meter water falls which is still undiscovered ///hope to have an acces for hikers and adventurers like you....thanks and God bless.
i'm just amazed how you discover such cool places! the hike alone going to the peak was amazing with awesome views and those green hills with the amazing drone shots made it even better.
Thank you so much. I mean tbh this place isnt so hidden, or at least i didnt think it was hahaha. Yeah i wish i would have had the new drone back then. Could have gotten so much better shots
Tinuud bro deserve nila and sub sa mga Cebuanos, as a Cebuano pud dili ko ganahan mo sub og walay kwentang vlog labaw ng tagalog Jamill wa juy pulos etc ni nga vlog
Nice adventure once again. short hike huh lol. To the locals sure shrt hike but best to be in shape. I did like the little waterfall on your trek back down. Refreshing. Looking forward for more of your travels. Thank you for sharing aand travel onward and upward
Great video you two, like I said in the chat, your skills have greatly improved. “1% better each video” I have to agree, can’t wait for the next six Southern Cebu videos.
Great video Cody. Good job with the music, the epic classical music and the jazz coffee house sound at the end is perfect. The short drone montage of all the peaks was awesome too.
Oh my you are a foreigner and you just gone there, Me myself just watching this mount Mago far away in my province Tuburan...my dad told me that Mt Mago is the highest oeak in Cebu, I just watched this using telescope. How fortunate you are, hoping I can go with you in your next travel around Cebu.
Hello comosta and now I am subscribing and following you because I am from Cebu and I didn't got a chance to go around my island before I live in Japan, so thank you for showing us the beautiful places that I've never been before....Keep it up and take care always....!
Six years ago, we decided to take the bus (airconed) from Davao City going to Cagayan de Oro to board a ship - instead of flying - back home to Manila, and it was the most picturesque best bus ride (7-8 hrs with stopovers) I ever took esp when the bus traversed Bukidnon going down to CDO.
Yes, this video definitely shows Batanes vibes here. To catch the Sea of Clouds you'd have to take off really, really early. I know of one vlogger who was able to do it. His shots were amazing. Yours will be awesome too if you can get up there someday. Liked this one! 👍😉
Wow! That endless rolling hills is something that you don’t often see when climbing a peak in the Philippines. The paths from your previous vlogs are mostly bushy and with lots of trees that you only get to get a good view of your entire surrounding once you reached the top.
the temperature there always fells 8 to 10 degree Celcius in a day and more colder and windy in the night sir, thanks for your comments on our place. God belss you.
Hahaha well im also out of shape amd on top of that a vlogger. So i was slowing is down a lot by filming all the time. But the kid actually did stop at one point to sit down and take a break.
let me answer that question sir, for i am a local from there, it took about 1 and a half hour to travel from cebu proper to Carmen base municipality and it took 45 minutes to an hour from carmen to baranggay santican by motor ride and or SUV. from baranggay Santican to mount mago, usually it took 30 minutes to an hour to hike depends upon the rate of pacing steps of hikers..hope this could help you sir... thanks and God bless.
I got this question a while ago , so I'll ask this to you: Which one do you prefer? Mountains or Beaches? Btw , great work guys ❤️ That Mt. Mago is so far my favorite mountain of all the mountains you've shown recently .
Oh wow! I'll be waiting ❤️ Btw, just to share with you guys , we will travel outside metro Manila for the first timeeee huhuhuhu I have been very jealous of your travel whahhahahaha Stay safe ❤️
hi there, let me answer you in bahalf of We Wander, Mount mago estimated distance from Carmen proper is about 20 kilometers, hope this could help you bro or sir...God belss.
Maraming salamat for showcasing my previous comment! 😀 Definitely a great peak that you ascended with both the journey and the destination worthwhile. Good work on the drone footage despite the technical difficulties. Nothing more scary than losing signal - I've been there and my heart always skips a few beats! Main thing to note for me was that you didn't actually say how many minutes/hours the ascent from the barangay hall to the peak was! Please could you let us know? Maraming salamat ulit!
Oh shoot I didn't. I mean its always hard to say because we are way slower since we are vloggers so we stop and film every 5 seconds, but it was at least an hour. So not that bad, just longer than I expected.
I understand what you're saying. I will reply to this on video at the end of the next video because i have a lot to say about it. Sorry it bothered you.
with due respect to the owner of this page, let me answer you symph2000, since 1987 we already lived in the area as farmers , we could say that it just need to have a budget cost allocation and a will for the public servant to provide roads on the areas,,,we have requested those already in the present administration and hope this will be materialized..thanks for your comments and God bless you.
LOVE THE MOUNTAIN VIEWS A NICE BREAK FROM THE BEACHES. I THOUGHT THE DRONE FOOTAGE WAS GREAT . SORRY YOU HAD PROBLEMS WITH IT . HOPE YOU CAN FIGURE OUT THE GLITCH ,
actually philippines is more mountains than flatlands and the scenery is beautiful and tropical but people dont build roads to the mountains ..only in the mountain province of luzon can you find many vehicular roads
Cebu is the richest province in the Philippines so it has the best road networks in the whole country. Well-paved mountain roads crisscrossed the scenic mountains, valleys and hills passing through progressive mountain villages. All the 54 towns and cities of Cebu are virtually connected to each other via well-paved roads through ring roads, north-south and east-west roads. That explains why Cebu has lots of developed tourist attractions than anywhere else in the Philippines from hundreds of waterfalls, hundreds of peaks, hundreds of springs, beaches and islands. Try to watch more videos of Cebu's attractions how these waterfalls and peaks located deep into the mountain interiors get accessed so easily by all types of vehicles. Thus, Cebu get more tourists than anywhere in the Philippines and keep growing by double digits each year as travelling here is so easy that tourists usually return again and again aside from new visitors.
@@lionhearted1969 i meant one hour outside manila are mountains and hills yet only one good highway..unlike in europe where they build multiple roads to mountains so you see a lot of beautiful sceneries..many foreigners think philippines is all flat lands when it is the opposite
@@WeWander You can take a gyro copter near Badian. They offer short flights to southern towns and famous tourist attractions from 15, 30, 45 minutes flying. A gyro copter only accommodates a single passenger plus the pilot. It's a fun ride to take where you'd be able to see at close range the scenery below it's like taking a big drone yourself.
Ako nga taga Cebu wala gyud ko kaabot niining lugara. Pagka nindota uy.

Wait till you get the chance to see the highlands in Bukidnon. Especially around the Mangima Canyon.
I am really excited to explore that area
