no way that you can paint the front end in 7 min with water. and solvent does not take 50 min. Also the drying equipment is nice when its new but after it gets some over spray on it and it drops dirt in the paint and fresh clear coat I doubt it will be worth what it cost, somthing moving over fresh wet clear coat is for sure going to drop dirt in the paint.
@@temistoclestoppardi2600 Over spray on the equipment is very hard to remover because you cant clean it when it is fresh due to the fact that this is drying equipment. The overspray builds up over time and causes a problem and it will never work as good as when it is new. it is a problem. when drying equipment is in the booth while spraying it will get over spray on it. any time you save drying the paint faster will be lost cleaning the drying equipment later!
And yes waterborne can be very fast considering some companies want wet on wet applications . I’ve sprayed glasurit and I spray spies heckler now and it’s very quick drying with zero air flow from blowers if you have the right booth set up. Problem with painters is they complain instead of adapting . It’s a new generation with even better technology .
All that time saved in painting they could have removed at least the mirror

It’s a full downdraft booth. With the correct airflow overspray will not end up on the robo dry especially how far it is .
