    Some people didn't like the music of the original mix so here's another version with a different feel.
    There are three tracks on this mix:
    1) "Drive to the Field" by James Newton Howard (Michael Clayton Soundtrack)
    2) "Hurry" by Naked Music (Re-Creation Album)
    3) "Pleasure Seeker" by Naked Music (Re-Creation) (last 1:30 of mix)

    It's amazing, I thought I've seen every Jordan game and highlight. But I probably saw 10-15 highlights here I've never seen. You might be able to come up with an argument if he's the greatest ever. But to me more than anything he was the most exciting player to watch in any sport. He was truly worth every penny or time you spent to watch him.

    For what it's worth, I thought the music on the prior mixes was fantastic. It seemed to perfectly capture the awe, imagination, and rhythm of his game. The most fluid player the game has ever seen.

    Jordan was more fundamentally sound than today's players, eve if you take away his size, speed and athleticism. And watch his footwork - it was the key to his whole game. He got you off balance and he had the finishing touch to average 31 ppg while shooting 50% from the field. No one in today's game does that. BTW: I think his best move was at 3:18

    @Knightmare2k6 If you read what he wrote he was talking about Post Players. A solid inside scoring option has been standard on almost every championship team. The Bulls inside scoring option was Jordan. The Lakers had Shaq, and now have Gasol. I understand how you read that and thought he was neglecting the other great players the Bulls had. But MJ did it without a dominant Center or Power Forward to score in the Post. He did it 6 times. No one else has done that.

    @tkcwu Haha, me too, and I also have bad legs. But trying to rip off his moves, gave me another level of appreciation of Jordan, particularly his mind. How someone can develop such a game. And kind of put Kobe in perspective, who ripped off his game. It's something that I cannot explain, but there's just a huge difference with someone who can create and someone who can't, and it just showed me how much better Jordan is. And it's not a knock against Kobe, but a compliment to Jordan's mind.

  • @bcjclj
    @bcjclj 14 років тому

    @EliasJordan3 Yeah that may be true, but the difference between Jordan shooting 41% in a finals series versus Kobe is one MJ was older, two he had no dominant big man that he could dump the ball down to and could get 20 and 10 consistently on 55% shooting. In fact MJ was his teams best post option on the team. Also that game 6 in 98 you would notice that Scottie was hurt and missed over half the game. Also he played practically the whole game including the second half without rest and he's 35

    @deb21305: But mind you Kobe had 20pts & 15rebs in game 7...and he's a guard. Thats damn near Dwight Howard numbers which when he played against the celtics he couldnt even get those same numbers against them in the conf. finals. U gotta give it up to him. And in the closing seconds of the game he made plays and knocked down big shots. He found a way to win like a tru champion

    I honestly don't get why this is even a debate. Even if Kobe ends up winning more titles than MJ, (regardless of having Shaq for 3 of them), it would only give Kobe the edge among the greatest WINNERS of all time, of whom is Bill Russell. But as far as the greatest PLAYER of all time, its MJ no question. Kobe will finish as one of the all-time greats, but Jordan is in a class all by himself.

  • @inlovewithi
    @inlovewithi 14 років тому

    @tkc I do have a Jordan secret that I don't tell anyone, but that I noticed one day in 98, from a 2 second clip of Jordan working out.
    There's definitely a difference between Kobe's and Jordan's fade aways, and there was this kid saying that Kobe's is better, because Jordan is from the past, and Kobe expanded it. BS. But what Ive been practicing this summer is one where he almost falls all the way back. In a way it's easier to hit, even though it looks more difficult.
    oomph off 1 foot? cont.

  • @wobblegook
    @wobblegook 14 років тому

    honeslty.. jordan was amazing and that is an understatement, but it was not even fair for an athlete of his caliber to have hands so big... BIG HANDS = HUGE advantage. He has shooting guards athleticism with a center's hand.

  • @Amir883
    @Amir883 14 років тому

    @EliasJordan3 45 pts on 35 shots is a lot different than 23 pts on 24 shots.And if you watch the game footage of both you would see MJ scored 23 pts in the first half and 22 in the second. Consistently keeping his team in the game (without Pippen for the most part). While MJ did the heavy lifting for the Bulls, Pau did the heavy lifting for the Lakers. That's really the difference in those two games. But as I've said before ONE performance isn't proof of anything either way.

  • @Amir883
    @Amir883 14 років тому

    @EliasJordan3 Saying "missed 20 shots" and "missed 18 shots" is misleading if you compare the 15-35 game MJ had to Kobe's 6-24. MJ scored 45 points (out of his teams 87). Not to mention controlling the last 45 seconds of the game. What I don't like about Kobe's game is how easily he settles for long jumpers. Talk about forgetting: a lot of people forget the 4 or 5 long 25ft 3's Kobe misses in a given game but remember the 1 he hits. Kobe is one of the best but he could be much better.

    @tkcwu cont.- Jordan has this very simple cross over that I can use at will, but how I've been killing them this year is with Jordan's spin move (which is dif also from others) My foot work and lay up can go either left of right, and by using the spin move gives me a lot of option of laying up, or shooting a fade away, depending on the defense.
    Physically I'm shit, broke my leg at 19, 2 bad legs. But one on one, I rarely lose, unless I'm really tired. All thanks to copying Jordan.

    @AntBanks1984 Playing in a different league matters. Playing a more physical basketball matters. Playing against people like LeBron matters. I can go on and on and on, and there's more space on here to do so, but I don't have to.

    @EliasJordan3
    Where did I say that "Gasol is as good as Pippen"? I said that they are TWO different animals. They play two different positions and have two different roles. That's like saying, "Who's better, Isiah Thomas or Karl Malone?". Makes no sense. This conversation is in conjunction with their respective abilities to take pressure off of Bryant and Jordan respectively. Jordan never had post help, at all. He was the post help lol. Bryant never got out of the first round without Gasol.

  • @yaiqab
    @yaiqab 14 років тому

    @EliasJordan3
    You cannot compare Gasol and Pippen. Two totally different animals. Jordan had no low post help at all. There's a reason why without Gasol, Bryant could not even get out of the first round of the playoffs. Gasol is not just a good big man, he is arguably the best and most well-rounded big man in the game offensively.

  • @Amir883
    @Amir883 14 років тому

    @EliasJordan3 Being the best at making bad shots isn't much of a compliment. It's actually more insulting to say Kobe takes bad shots than "he's the best at making a lot of bad shots". I would rather have a player who gets the right shots and makes the right plays more( not that Kobe doesn't do that as well). The games are incomparable for a multitude of reasons. And while 15/35 isn't Great, it certainly isn't BAD and it's certainly significantly better than 6/24

    @reneperezz ....Kobe passing MJ?...The student can't ever be better than the teacher..This is the same Kobe that shot 25% in game 7 and needed Ron Artest to carry him to a championship..oh yeah..and barely shot 40% for the whole series...The same Kobe that needed dominate post presence to even sniff a ring(Shaq, Gasol, plus a healthy Bynum)...Who did Jordan have?..Bill Cartwright, Will Perdue and Luc Longley...I can go on and on and on...but I don't have enough space on here.....

  • @Amir883
    @Amir883 14 років тому

    @AntBanks1984 I just don't entertain them after a while because they're not out to discuss, they're out to 'tell you what's right'. It gets old. I mean look what he said, he made it seem like Kobe plays Lebron every 5 games and defends him for 48 minutes. It's ludicrous, and if you notice he didn't even respond to me when I called him out.
