Watching from Nashville, Tennessee, USA! I can't tell you how much I enjoy your videos. I am so impressed by your operation but one thing impressed me the most. You seem to radiate happiness and it is contagious to your many employees. I have never seen so many happy, smiling people at their job! This day and age it's a joy to see! What is your secret?
Hi there Linda, thank you for your kind comment🙏 We are very fortunate to have very supportive farm owners who understand that the people are the most important part of any large scale business. We are also very lucky to have a great team that all work very well together. To maintain this we have regular team meetings to keep all updated with what is happening each day. Group outings off farm along with team building activities. Having key senior members of the business participate in hands on practical tasks alongside others helps to maintain mutual respect also.
It’s been such a wet year for everyone. Thanks for sharing NZ farming for us, love to see how it’s done in other countries. Cheers from Houston, Texas 🐄
Thanks Cammy, looking forward to sharing everything that happens on this large scale NZ dairy farm over the next year👍 hoping to bring out a video once each week.
