My main suggestion for a character would be Sr. Pelo, even though he might not 100% fit the theme, I feel like he would be a hilarious character in-game. Doodley would be my #2 given the opportunity.
This game could end up having millions of characters. Some I suggest are 442oons Dean, SrPelo, Lixian (Markipliers' editor) and Edd Gould (or Edd from Eddsworld)
Here's some storytime ones I'd like to see. Brody Animation, Smokeibee, The Introverted Cartoonist and Chipflake. But if you want, what about characters from non storytime animations. Maybe Wis and/or Boomsitck from Death Battle, Uzi from Murder Drones, Shrike Sanchez from Monkey Wrench, Mecha Sonic/Metallix from Mark Haynes/Super Mario Bros Z and Pommi from the Amazing Digital Circus.
YOOOOOO toasted noodle you can have an attack where a random member of group comes out and each has their own single attack but it’s completely random who comes out
We NEED MatPat in here Attack #1- Theory Hit, summon a large hand that slaps anyone one in it's hitbox #2-Bite of 87, summon a large robotic jaw, chewing up anyone that has been caught #3-Just a Theory, a GAME Theory, the famous logo drops out onto the screen, coming from any angle, drilling every opponents in the way also the backround is a combination of most indie games in plushies, or any show too, in a comfortable living space, like Jaiden's nap.

I know we're Probably getting Animation VS Animator stuff, but i'd really like to see some of the villains, specially King Orange and Victim (for some reason they're the most visually apealing to me)
For my suggestion: chipflake. With his stage being somewhere in the house? Idk. I would like to see the longchip be the floor though. And a quick warning, if you're hoping for this game to be popular, your fanbase will be fighting game players, who are LEGENDARY for how technical they are, with slang such as: Neutral. Zoning. Jump-in. Reversal. Super. Quarter-circle. Combo notation that looks like 623 2ATK. Blockstun. Hyper armor. And others. If you want, I could help guide you through fighting game mechanics and balance.
This already looks sooo fun. I would play it myself and love the idea that I can play like my favorite animation UA-camrs. You also nailed it with recreating their styles. I hope this becomes a succes and that it will be released into the world soon

As someone with a slight background in the FGC, so far so good! id recommend adding a feature where if a player walks backwards they walk slower (Games like melty blood and Guilty gear do this). Very cool idea!
PLZ add CyberLegends Animations to the game, the guy is literally a Cyber with laser eyes, plus since the game is a fan project, you can have an undertale map as his channel is definitely an undertale, speaking of it being a fan project I thought you wanted to put the game on steam and console, I'm sure you can get permission for everything.
