Very nice. Happy Birthday Dr. Kipruto Arap Kirwa. Regarding Gilbert Masengeli, there appears to be something fishy hear. The sentencing is very suspect and done without due fuzzy logic. The Judiciary CANNOT punish the Police and then ask the same Police to protect the Judiciary. Why would the Police then NOT spit in the soup of the Judiciary? It is like harsly reprimanding a house help then you ask her to cook your food.... Like in "Kitchen TOTO!!" We should change our Laws so that the Inspector General is immune to Prosecution until after Parliament suspends this immunity. Otherwise the Law and Order of our country will collapse!!
