      You're confusing recommendations to slow down the progression of CKD with the causes of CKD. E.g., this video recommends foods low in potassium, but potassium does not cause CKD. Potassium is an essential nutrient. For many people, the main cause of CKD is a diet high in starchy carbs, which are hard for kidneys to process, yet this video recommends beans, which are high in starchy carbs! Another cause of CKD is consuming foods high in oxylates, such as spinach and green tea, which this video recommends!

    Sir Gud day what about those who are having Dialysis 2 times a week. Will they get welThe patient is only 10 percent of his kidney is functioning. Pls. Respond to save our patient. Thank you so much. God Blez you more.

    • @PureNutrition101
      @PureNutrition101  17 днів тому

      For someone with only 10% kidney function undergoing dialysis twice a week, the focus should be on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and adhering to their treatment plan. Dialysis helps remove waste and excess fluid from the blood, but it's crucial to follow a renal diet, manage fluid intake, and stay compliant with medications. Encouragingly, many people on dialysis can lead fulfilling lives with proper care and support from healthcare providers. Is there anything specific you'd like to know more about managing kidney health?
