@@OneRileyagreed! That 0.69-2m feature is very handy and it's very challenging to use if one rarely does portrait photography such as myself. The latest firmware that has AF Assist feature does work when I tested it. I'd recommend this lens to anyone who plans on getting a 135mm but doesn't want to break the bank. Anyhow, nice review.

Hi I found the ROKINON 135mm F1.8 on sale. Are they the same thing? Also I heard there multiple versions of this lens. 1,2,3,4 that fixes certain issues.
Fortunately I didn't miss out on the sale. It's price to performance ratio is superb and it hasn't left my camera since getting it 4 weeks ago.

Hey, yea they’re the same. Just make sure that it’s an AF version. Rokinon is the US version of Samyang.
This lens is a background melter and i love it!
