If you listen carefully to the last bits of dialog from Happy Frog, Nedd Bear, and Orville, you can hear a child whispering overlapping said dialog.
Some say that it's the spirit of the kid inside Golden Freddy that is channeling through them. Unlike the others, they won't pass on, because they want to torture and torment William Afton endlessly, the way he tormented his victims. Multiple animatronics refer to them as "The one [Afton] should not have killed" on top of this.

I noticed that there are sound effects in Toy Freddy and Toy Bonnie's voicelines while the others don't.
That's because it was hard to get voice lines without background noise for both of them. I do apologize for that, I may try taking the lines from the game files and re-upload it one day.

From what I know the ultimate custom night is basically like this.
The time is after fnaf6 and your William afton in hell paying for your wicked deeds by facing against your creations and being tormented by your own victims.
And I think "the one you shouldn't have killed" is eather the daughter or the son and "I'm the fearful reflection of what you have created" means he's reminding you of the mans daughter you murdered that possessed the puppet

I noticed how Springtrap in the AR has a few lines in common with Nightmare in UCN. I’m guessing it’s probably because William used to say something similar to those same lines and the crying child overheard, and his nightmare would say the same things?

Mangle, Withered Chica, Nightmare Freddy, and Jack-o-Chica all mention "the one you shouldn't have killed", but which one of Afton's victims were they referring to? All I know is that it's one of the little boy victims.
Cassidy I believe, the one who inhabits Golden Freddy. It's also said that on rare quotes from Happy Frog, Nedd Bear, and Orville (The ones where they speak more ominously), Cassidy can be heard channeling themself through them in a whisper.
