      I used to think like you. I thought I knew enough about finance and investing to handle everything myself. But then I realized that I was spending too much time and energy on researching, analyzing, and monitoring my finances. I was also overwhelmed by the the of information and options available. I decided to hire a finance advisor and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. They saved me a lot of time and money, and gave me peace of mind.

    Here’s my problem…I will painstaking plan & write down what I think the plan / to do and or routine that I really think will work and want to do. But I will don’t follow it or change it while trying to do it. I can’t seem to stop myself and I don’t know why or how to fix it. Any suggestions?

    I just cant do the 5am either - even 6 am is rough but I have to do 6 with the kids. 7 730 is perfect for me. That is my chaos time however and I have the most energy but I have to get kids ready and leave for work but I totally agree - sunday mornings when everyone is asleep is the best time for me !

    ❤ thanks for your tips. 5 is especially useful for me now. I’m adjusting my seasonal schedule to be more in-line with resting more frequently than usual and getting more comfortable with my health as it is rather than as I thought it was… there’s a difference you know, lol anyway the season here is pretty good, I just have to live in the one that I actually am in.
