Well, that’s definitely a huge compliment if you’re more into cars than off-road. There is considerably more design and engineering in the williys than any other vehicle we were competing against. But also not trying to take anything away. I realize that all the other vehicles were quite incredible in their own right.
I'd say this truck actually won overall because it was probably the only entry you could actually use. Most other sema builds are made to drive off and on a trailer and that's about it.
I agree with the winning part but the top 12 vehicles were actually all runners and drivers. The car that one was a driver for sure albeit ultra nice as well.

It’s funny because I have been using them for years on black cars. I have owned a black car for probably 38 years now and it looks like it was just painted. I’ve used that same car duster on it the whole time. I think they’ve gotten a bad rep because people have used them on certain things and don’t clean them out. They actually don’t scratch if used properly and on light dust applications. It’s heavy dirt and mud and rocks and debris that people try and clean off that gave them a bad rep. It was my painter years ago that turned me on to it.

I'd say this truck actually won overall because it was probably the only entry you could actually use. Most other sema builds are made to drive off and on a trailer and that's about it.
I agree with the winning part but the top 12 vehicles were actually all runners and drivers. The car that one was a driver for sure albeit ultra nice as well.

It was so cool seeing this at SEMA! Seeing your guy use a car duster on the roof...as a Detailer really made me cringe 😮
It’s funny because I have been using them for years on black cars. I have owned a black car for probably 38 years now and it looks like it was just painted. I’ve used that same car duster on it the whole time. I think they’ve gotten a bad rep because people have used them on certain things and don’t clean them out. They actually don’t scratch if used properly and on light dust applications. It’s heavy dirt and mud and rocks and debris that people try and clean off that gave them a bad rep. It was my painter years ago that turned me on to it.

It was more about Going to SEMA than a documentary on the build itself hence the title. And if you don’t like the sound of 930 LS supercharged horsepower than I don’t know what to tell you. Anyway thanks for your professional opinion I couldn’t have made through my day without it. 🙄🥱
