Happy new years bro! Sometimes I feel like console has stronger aim assist but im not 100% could be placebo I guess Cod on pc is complicated if you don’t have the right settings and what not it just feels sluggish and with console its always consistent.
For ps5 I would suggest these specs for the monitor: 1440p( 2560x1440p ) if to expensive 1080p 120hz+ Vrr and allm compatible if possible 24 or 27” I suggest these brands asus, lg, msi, alienware, samsung Ps5 compatible Go to rtings.com if you ever find a monitor and look at its stats make sure it has really low input delay, overall score for ps5, etc

How are you able to find solo matches, if I try queuing up for one I get 100ping games only
Im on west servers hard to find matches too and I play on 100+ms like 8/10 games just like in this video im on 104ms
