He got a loc detox, but then products added again when retwisting... is counter productive. I guess that's the cycle 🤔

All my products use are natural and light and don’t cause buildup. The purpose of a detox is to remove products that cause buildup and have built up in the locs, like dirt, heavy conditioners which I don’t use and if I do it’s very much diluted. Oils and mists don’t cause buildup, in fact after a detox your hair needs to be replenished because you’re stripping the hair of everything Including it’s natural oils.

Just piling on products after products isn’t good have to shampoo at least every two weeks some people don’t need to get locs if they aren’t going to take of them I wish our people would get out of the mindset that dirt helps hair grow such a big lie

Yeah I’m a firm believer in “less is more” and I absolutely dislike product overload!
