    Girl! You’re making me nostalgic. Spend a year in Warsaw last year which is much later than this video but I loved living there and I could relate all the places you’re talking about 😊 I loved living in Warsaw that much that I like to settle down there after my early retirement 😮 Apart from the harsh winter everything about Warsaw is amazing. Affordable life, restaurants from all around the world, very low crime rate and most importantly helpful people around 😊 I will go back for sure.

    I was born in Poland and I lived there for 2 and a half months and then moved to the UK, I am now 13, almost 14 and I'm moving back to Poland during the summer holidays. I'm really scared because I don't want to leave my friends behind and I've literally lived here my whole life and can't imagine moving away, especially considering that my friend group is the greatest thing I could ever ask for. This video made me feel a bit more secure about my parent's decision but I'm still really scared and worried.

    Hi Kaja, I’m from China, moved to the USA ten years ago, my family is thinking about moving to Warsaw this fall which I have never been. Thanks for sharing this video! We will send our kids to the American school in Warsaw, I like the old town area, and the traditional market, and easy access to the public transportation,which area do you suggest for the house hunting? Thanks!

    Kaja purchasing the internet does not have to involve a two-year contract. At UPC, you have contracts that you can terminate with one month's notice.

  • @MarcinAntczak1
    @MarcinAntczak1 4 роки тому +2

    Trochę jak dziecko we mgle: w Polsce a szczególnie w Warszawie internet masz wszędzie. Kup sobie router LTE i możesz albo wziąć kontrakt na internet ale możesz też kupić kartę SIM od jakiegoś operatora np. Play Internet na Kartę, doładować kartę za 50zł i włączyć pakiet internetu miesięcznie bez limitu (w praktyce jest to 100GB). A jeżeli potrzebujesz transferować na prawdę duże ilości danych to zapewne w budynku w którym jesteś powinna być TV kablowa która dostarcza internet (chociaż wtedy pewnie z kontraktem). Tak czy inaczej bajdurzenie, że nie ma internetu to takie trochę komiczne jest.

    • @KajaKubicka
      @KajaKubicka  4 роки тому

      To chyba ty nie zrozumiales o co mi chodzilo, nie powiedzialam ze w Polsce nie ma internetu. Powiedzialam, ze te miejsca w ktorych bylam oferowaly internet na minimum rok albo dwa lata.

    • @MarcinAntczak1
      @MarcinAntczak1 4 роки тому

      @@KajaKubicka No ok, zrozumiałem, ale Ci wyjaśniam, że nie zorientowałaś się dobrze w ofertach, bo wiadomo, że jeżeli poszłaś do salonu to chcieli żebyś podpisała kontrakt. Wystarczyło, żebyś powiedziała że nie chcesz kontraktu i użyła słowa klucz: "na kartę" to byś załatwiła co potrzebujesz bez problemu. www.play.pl/oferta/play-internet/internet-na-karte/ zobacz zakładkę "Internet na kartę" i ofertę "Miesiąc bez limitu GB pakiet cykliczny 49 zł". Być może są lepsze oferty, ale ja akurat jestem w dobrym zasięgu Play i mogę polecić. Jedyny problem to taki, że potrzebujesz jeszcze router, ale to też jest jednorazowy zakup np. www.komputronik.pl/search-filter/2371/routery-4g-lte możesz kupić taki na baterię i nosić ze sobą, możesz też oczywiście włożyć kartę SIM do telefonu i np. używać telefonu jako routera szczególnie jeżeli masz telefon z DualSim. Jest też w Play oferta z routerem: www.play.pl/oferta/play-internet/internet-na-karte/zestaw-4glte-router/ ale nie czytałem jakie tam są dokładnie warunki. Ogólnie w Polsce jedynym utrudnieniem w korzystaniu z takich ofert jest to, że trzeba się zarejestrować. Możesz to zrobić w salonie operatora, możesz zrobić np. na poczcie. 2 minuty i masz internet LTE za który płacisz wtedy kiedy używasz. Karty SIM zazwyczaj są ważne rok, ale pakiety aktywujesz wtedy kiedy ich rzeczywiście potrzebujesz.

    Hey Kaja. I can relate to your situation. I just want to tell you to be kind to yourself and give yourself some time. I mean think about all the changes you are going through right now, its' crazy! Changing country, leaving friends, settling down for a job and a city to live in for a longer periord. That can be stressfull and a bit terrifying. I think its perfectly normal for you to feel down and miss all those times. What helped me was making a one-year-contract with myself, in which I tried to adapt to a new life and give it my best shot. If by the end I still wasn't content with my new life, well then I could always leave again. That kind of kept me from ruminating about my situation and decision all the time. All the best, you will do the right thing, whatever it looks like

Moved back to my home country Slovakia (wanted to reconnect with family and culture) and went through very similar stages... Live in Slovakia and Poland is much slower in comparison with Asia and international cities and you just have to adjust your lifestyle... But you always gonna miss that adrenalin in your blood when you lived abroad. If you wanna have a chat feel free to hit me with message and we can have a chat to cheer you up a bit 😊

    At 25 you should be thinking of settling down with whatever you have as - your career. Don't consider that age (25) as still young. Choose what you want now and make the best of it. I think you have explored enough for now. You can start that again much later, but try to have a - straight - 5 year plan and get the moving around off your mind. Oh well, if your career is all about moving around the world for the sake of UA-cam videos, then you are OK!

    This is a look into younger people today and it seems like there is a lack of energy and very little motivation. It used to be that at the age of 25 everyone was constantly on the go and exploring new things and places and staying very busy. There is no sense of urgency about anything and the constant lamenting is in itself tiring. Coffee shops and rewarding oneself by sitting around and by not talking to anyone seems counterproductive at best. Where is the excitement? This lifestyle seems almost too easy, hence dull. Talk about "First World Problems".....
