- Welcome to episode 1 of my 2001 Kawasaki KX250 build. I bought this bike in boxes for $600. It's now my winter project to get this bike looking good and running great once again.

What product did you use for sealing the ends of the expansion chamber for the 60psi of air?
I found it on eBay; if you search "2 stroke exhaust dent blow out" you'll find them. Appears they're around $100 now; it was $60 when I bought mine.

Where did u get your hands on a printed service manual
My friend had this one, but you can almost always find them on eBay! Or buy a digital one and have it printed at a local shop
is the 01 kx250 frame is the same as the kx125 ? look the same

Hi PUSH - the TUSK blind bearing puller has a 8mm collet and it fits the smallest bearings in the cases.

@@KincadePavich I got it to fit the small power valve bearing and water pump (no issues).
