Hello super good video , great place my friend
Thank you, it's nice to know that you enjoyed this video 😊.
Hi Tim! I enjoyed with 2 🍻, you know it. By us it's so cold. Best regards from Hans and Cheers 🍻🇦🇹.
Hello Hans, I bet you are glad of all the wood you collected in the last couple of years. It must be nice to have a warm fire and a stash of beer in the cellar to help you through the coldest days of winter. 🍺🍺😉.
@@Timsvideochannel1 That's true words, Tim. 🍻
The present three-car railmotor set of RM93 Gardner diesel railmotor and carriages TP1809 and TP1811 is known as "the old Tin Hare.
When I was riding the Gulflander train, it was referred to as a "Tin Hare".

Beautiful pictures 🎥🎞🎬thanks Tim, Qld rail have certainly got a lot to offer with there tourist trains unlike Nsw we have sweet bugger all we might as well turn our country lines into busways, Are we going all the way to Cairns? cheers Bob.🛤🚌
Hello Robert, I think Queensland Rail should be congratulated for the part they play in keeping trains running on branch lines that most likely give accountants nightmares, because the never see the full picture, just the end of year balance sheet. The tourists on these trains stay in hotels, visit attractions and spend money in bars and cafes. Without the tourist dollar many such places would not be viable leading to their closure and the creation of ghost towns. Some of the trains are run by private operators such as this one and there is a new kid on the block operating out of Longreach. Governments bang on about getting us out of our cars, Queensland Rail offers a realistic alternative for tourists visiting their wonderful part of the world. I will be covering the whole trip to Cairns.
400 km journey ,OMG . LOL😆😆
It's not 400 km, its 424 km mostly covered at 30 kph, ideal for insomniacs 😉.
Great ride! And so quiet. Will you show us the complete 400km journey?
Hi, I'm pleased you enjoyed the ride and "yes" I will be covering the complete journey over the coming weeks.
@@Timsvideochannel1 Had no idea about such a ride in australia till your uploads. Very enjoying ride during the building of my 22k pieces Brickstone Castle.
@@derw4397 I wonder which you will finish first - watching this train ride all the way to Cairns or your 22k piece Brickstone Castle. 😉.
