I have had a few 'cake' beers that actually smelled like cake or icing. Its wild that they can get that kind of scent to come out of a beer. Seems like they did a great job of getting all the flavors without making it too sweet.

Yeah, pastry sours and stouts are pretty amazing. Vault City excel at these types of beers 😋
