Yep, this looks like a really unfun place to see some live music. Strange setting, not fit for this group of musicians, nor the modest crowd size. The gleaming glass condos in the background don't help. Oh well, seeing Mac & Pals live is always worth it.
@@nayr497 I was there for this and been to Primavera twice now, it's honestly worth going to the best sound and organisation ive ever witnessed! They have that front section separate from the massive crowd so it doesn't get super congested at the front, usually goes on rotation so everyone can have a go at the front if they want!
Mac is at his best since 2015 here. With Alec becoming a full part of the band they've got such a polished funk sound now, this isn't This Old Dog, it's still laid back, but so much more funky and dirty with loads of Rhodes licks, the Baby Bye Bye jam was awesome and All of our yesterdays was the best live performance of his in a long time, that dirty solo at the end what amazing.
A mix of old and new songs. Perfectly balanced as all things should be.
