Mine is the same. Fron case is a little wobbly on the side when unfolded. An adhesive strip could easily resolve that. Hopefully Pitaka sees this and makes a quick revision. Dope video Ike!

Kind of crazy to me that the company wouldn't make anything for the regular pixel series because they didn't think it was worth it or would get enough sales. But then they make it for such a low volume product like the pixel fold. Their products look top notch just wish they would have made it for the pixel 7/7pro. Fingers crossed the make it for the 8's.
To be honest they have quality control issues with that case because I purchased one and had to send it back because it was warped at the top corner of my pixel fold, plus I have also seen the corners touching which would not allow the phone to close entirely.
Good stuff! Mine seemed a bit oversized. You could tell most when closing it, you were hearing the two halve of the case contacting, not the phone. Very different sound. They told me they'd adjust things going forward.. maybe?
Hopefully. On mine, the left corners of the front piece lift slightly whenever the phone is closed. This plus the trouble with screen protectors not quite fitting except with the Whitestone Dome ones is why they're sending me a replacement. Hopefully, that one will fit better.
I like to swap cases often but with this case having that wobble, im not sure the adhesive would make a long term difference. Ive decided to use only the back case for pitaka and leave the front exposed. Ill give it a few more days to make a decision. The case itself is beautiful... But that wobble is unacceptable at $80. I may have to just get that insurance. Nice video man.

Ah man. I have never tried dbrand but I want that saddle brown leather so bad. I'm not worried it won't provide any protection at all except scratches from the normal basic use. Which screen protector did you get for the front? I may have to do the same man. I just emailed pitaka so we will see if they want to do anything. If no discount is provided I'll return it. I have the official google case and it's super nice. But damn, too much bulk for my preference. 😂
they are still in stock on amazon if you want you. But I'd say 80 bucks is steep with the front cover still having issues from what I've seen from the reviews

Yea I think we will see it for the 8 series for sure. I was surprised at how many solid options we got for the Pixel Fold
