@@imsymon9594 The canvas should be about 10-15 bucks, for small containers of paint it should cost about 40 for all the colors he used, and the tools he uses should cost about 50 bucks. So in total around 105 bucks to start.

Close. He was a training instructor in the AirForce. Not quite as hard core as the Army, but still pretty gruesome.

I've always loved watching him. He's so relaxing. I don't even paint at all. It's hard to believe he was a drill instructor in the Air Force. He be like "I want your pillows to look like fluffy white clouds!!" or "I'll beat the devil out of you!!" LOL

I have what are apparently called anger attacks. They are similar to panic attacks, but instead of feeling dread and panic, you feel anger and a desire to hurt things/people. I watch this and it's as if a weight lifts. I can breathe slower and easier. I start to relax. I can sleep. It's a nice way to decompress.

I have anger and panic attacks and my psychiatrist, knowing my love of painting , introduced me to Bob Ross and said that if I ever feel nervous or angry just to watch this, I asked why she thought this would help me and she said that because none of the more common methods seemed to work on me she was a trying to find that would calm me down, and it worked like a charm, and now my anger and panic attacks have decreased significantly because I watch this before bed and at lunch

This quarantine, has actually helped me a lot. I have anxiety and depression. A bitch of a combination. I spark up a J, or eat an edible, crack a beer and get lost while painting my own interpretation of Bob Ross' art. I've never felt more at peace. I'm forever thankful for this wonderful human being.

Aside from ridiculous politicians (which they seem to have everywhere these days, it's pretty average, really. Depends on where you are. Tea, we have a lot of tea. Unless you live in London, our police don't have guns, which is very, very comforting. I feel safer here than I did living in America.

Bob Ross makes me feel like a better person and just has such a sense of purity.
my dad learned to paint by watching Bob Ross; I remember watching it with him all the time and he'd slowly started buying the paints, the brushes, canvases, etc. He'd practice on the newspapers, envelopes, and my homework if I left it on the kitchen table. It was so cool and at such a young age, it gave me the impression that one can do anything one wants to, they just have to find a way to learn how.
