    Now can you do too much of the exercises on a daily basis or can I do as much as I like?

      That’s a very good question! I would err on the side of caution and not do too much until more research is available, for example, some research suggests that too much mindfulness can negatively impact mental health!

      @@MindKnown ok thanks. I do a few vagal nerve exercises in the mornings..I guess you’re saying that’s enough for now.

    the video quality was great, but I desperately require sources to find the vid valuable. !!!
    esp. in a field like psychology.
