My life has gotten more challanging lately. Lots more challanging! My panic attacks kicks in every time i push myself. When i wake up early. When i go for a walk. Even when i get off the couch just to clean my apartment. They really put me of balance. I get dizzy. It's been the chapter so far in my early 20s. This video is very inspiring though. Think i'll try doing something right now despite panic attacks.

After being told I was in the second stage of obesity and admitting that my entire life has been lived without making any conscious efforts towards gratitude for my body. Most days with very few exceptions my body hurts for the 1 hour that I pressed towards becoming physically fit. Being a person who has given up most of my life I know my fault and it seems as if I am trying with all the tenacity I have in me to make and reach my goal. The pain I feel is so real and I hurt well into the night... I I am determined to overcome this giving up mindset, to face this enemy Within and win
