Very much inspired by what you've presented in the modular space and demonstrating what can be achieved via the Hydrasynth as its own modular like platform furthermore. So much so that this is the first synth that i've bought in several decades. Looking forward to what else can be eked out by this complex little machine!
I was just looking to see if anyone made generative patches on this device. Inspiring set of videos you made on it. Nice music for housework. Thanks for sharing it! Hope I can afford one of these some day!
Beautiful ambient journey . The Hydrasynth really does open new sound pathways , and you showcase your skill well here . I played this into my main mixer through a monotron delay to get some lofi - low pass , but then it didn't sound like a hydrasynth .... it seems that the cinematic nature of this instrument is unmatched . This instrument is like no other , and really has it's own voice .
This just finished playing and now I don't know how to spend the rest of my afternoon at work... . . . just kidding, I'll fire the rest of the videos here!
Would you mind if I used the audio from this for my radio show? I do a radio show that goes between 3-4 hours and it would be awesome to just play this for half of the show.
I bought this as my synth to learn sound engineering on! Red, do you have these patches for sale? I'd love to learn more from you and deconstruct and understand your process! I'm slamming the breaks until I have hardware synth fully understood before going modular later in life.
I'm set on getting a Hydrasynth - do you think you're missing out on much not having the keyboard? Like - I'm sure your keyboard situation is covered but from my understanding the keyboard on it is fantastic. I know you have the desktop version but do you feel the keyboard is worth the extra $$ I guess. Thoughts pleaseeeee
I ordered the desktop version. I think the ribbon is cool but I’ve heard of some of them being faulty. The keys are amazing I’m sure, so if yr after a sweet keyboard as well go for it. Personally I think the pads are an interesting approach and you can set them up anyway you want. Just my 2 pennies 🤓
4 роки тому+1
would love to read some patch notes about that one... some very slow complex Lfos or random amodulations ? patched to ? ( mutant ? effects ? wavetavbles ?)
Did you see part 1 and part 2 of the videos where RMR explains how to make these self playing patches? If not, they are very, very good, highly recommended!
I notice there isn’t a demo for building multiple sequences with the lame ass LFOS step function that I hate on both this and DeepMind12 twelve .is that why you focus on randomized arpeggios? Peace 👽
@@RedMeansRecordingModular what’s the episode called? I know how to do it but it s a real pain in the ass hopefully you’ll have a better method. It’s still totally contrary to building sequence bass or melody in a very musical fashion certainly.👽🙏
This is some Stars of the Lid stuff. I started playing along on guitar to one right in the middle. Great stuff Jeremy.

Try pairing it with a wavestation sr or whatever and a wavestate....almost wrecked on the astral plane.
i know Im kinda randomly asking but do anybody know a good place to stream newly released movies online ?
@Julian Braden thank you, I signed up and it seems like they got a lot of movies there :) I really appreciate it !
@Brady Kaiser you are welcome :)
Very cool sound, your channel adds a lot to the conversation!
Now I want to spend a day learning how to do this. Thank you Jeremy!
Masterful programing and fantastic debut of what this great machine can do.

Great background music for writing. Thank you!

This was exactly what I needed tonight. Perfect.
interesting flow of sound, great example of a fantastic machine. But can it do Country and Western? (smile)
OMG you have another channel! Joy! This is my kind of stuff, woot!
Love it man, just ordered one.
I just discovered this other Jeremy's channel! Amazing! just in time for killing the bug while my Hydra arrives
most excellent..ty
Wow - just found this - great stuff...! Cheers.
STUNNING!
Been waiting for my desktop since May. Still on pre-order, 4th July 2022 hopefully. You got a manual for your workflow ;)
Ha, I love planes!

In legal herbland we spend many an hour doing just that.
@@TheSynthZone that's how I spend the evening not at work
Wonderful stuff. Surprised to see only 26 comments.
Sick, another channel! Insta-sub!
loving it @ 27:00 Dub Stylee!
Nice use of LFO's (modulation) at 1:18:00. That's interesting musically. Sounds like a musical artificial intelligence program.
Wait for the new brain wave interface that will revolutionize .....hey lemme alone! eeeekk! wahhhhhhhhh~shhhh! A secret!
Wonderful - so inspiring and pleasing- I also have the desktop version - are all the sounds from the Hydrasynth?
Yes
do you still need this machine?
Amazing vibes here! thank you! How easy was to control this beast over all this ambient jamming session? Any struggles?
Would it work to do something like this for Pigments?
Yes!
Hi Jeremy, do you have a lesson or series on the Hydra available?

i havent released a patch pack for it yet, but it's on the agenda!
How about now? 😊@@RedMeansRecording

@@jantuitman Can you point me toward the vids where he explains how to do this? They don’t seem to be on this particular channel.
@@dmcinnis23 sure, this is the link to part 1. It is in the “hydrasynth” playlist. ua-cam.com/video/f2R9X0c-BQM/v-deo.html

Are any of these patches available?
No sorry
are these patches for sale
Are these presets....or u made them urself?
The latter
