Dane, even as a coach, I keep learning more from you. Thank you
Very high quality content. Amazing resource for any lifter trying to improve those numbers. This right here will be a lightbulb moment for any of your struggling to maintain that vertical bar path trajectory.
Great tips man. Appreciate the knowledge and enthusiasm
Amazing take. Thank you!
Awesome content thank you. Just starting the snatch, and I'll be starting it right 👍
Hey Dane! Thank you so much for all the content you have put out. I have started focusing on this with some of my lifters and it has helped tremendously. I feel like it is a great way to teach someone how to effectively “use their legs”
Thank you. Glad you found it helpful 💪

Yes, Please make a video on Diet for Weightlifting !
I joined CrossFit and my clean is kinda of good I made much progress with weights and hitting my pr. But my snatch still sucks, I can’t feel the contact with legs so kinda use arms, but with clean I feel the legs contact. Thanks for this video, I will try to imply these tips to my training 🏋️♀️
Well done. Thanks. Eddie the Eagle got strong
Underrated channel!!!! Do more oly videos plzz
Will do 💪
2:38 knees forwrd
2:56 push knees forward, hip flexion
dorsiflexed
very well explained
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it 💪
Really interesting! But what is the difference from this to the double knee bend? Wont the knees travel forward during the second pull automatically? Is this technique basically an "early" double knee bend or do I miss something?
Your channel has been a game changer. Serious, but funny question... How do you stop the bar from knocking your junk on the way up? Is this indicative of a technical issue lmao!!?
How can you practice this away from the bar? Any drills or such like?
Nice break down
Glad you liked it 💪
Actually, i need to know how to execute the actual lift from above the "no man's land" and onward. I am talking about the speeding phase just past the deadlift. Somehow i can never figure that one out.
when should i start the second pull in snatch and clean if I have short leg and arms an long torso?
if your in the right positions, it will happen automatically. you won't have to initiate it.
Recently started to do snatches still working on the technique before I go up in weight but any advice on how to train? Also what are some good accessory workouts that’ll help?
