I have an android phone and they won't sinc. Volume cover broke off after 3 days. I do like that they are rechargeable.
Hi Stephen, are you using a Huawei phone? There are some common issues with these phones. If you're missing the direct phone call streaming you can work around that by using a Signia StreamLine Mic.

Dear Dave thank you for the videos I learn lot from them, is it possible to connect connexx smart transmitter 2.4 and connexx smat mic to pure 7X?
Hi Ali, thank you for your kind words.
I understand your questions as the connexx devices look very similar to Signia devices, and in fact they are more or less the same. Although I haven't tried to connect these devices before, there should be a 95% chance that you can connect these two connexx devices to Signia Pure X hearing aids.

The wire on my Cros broke. No matter how hard I pull in it, I can’t seem to remove it from the aid to insert a new wire….

Hi! How do I use more program? It just show "universal". Also, I bought 2, and they both say "left" when pairing, is there a way to change that? Thanks for the help!
Hi Victor,
you can add extra programs in the professional fitting software. There you can also change the side of the hearing aids. The best way to get that is by checking in at a local hearing professional who carries Signia hearing aids.
If you want to do these adjustments and more yourself, you'll need the Signia Software and the Airlink connection device.

Thank you for contacting me. As far as I understand your question your hearing is 70% and you’re interested in recommendations for a hearing aid and pricing.
I would need some more information for a recommendation, like a complete hearing test and if you’ve already had hearing aids before.
I can recommend looking at www.Hearplace.com as those guys still hearing aids and can also recommend hearing aids and fit them for your needs. And if you tell them that you come from Dave they’ll maybe give you some discount 😉

Can we replacement rechargabe battry

Unfortunately these hearing aids are not designed to get the rechargeable batteries replaced.

What about replacing the rechargeable battery? I have the Signa Pure Charge&Go 7NX model and both both earpieces no longer charge
Hi Boon. Sorry for the late response, I've been sick for some days.
Signia has built their Charge&Go devices that way, that you are not able to change the rechargeable battery without damaging the hearing aids.
No if your local hearing professional sends the hearing aids to Signia for repair, the costs for that will depend on how old your hearing aids are. Normally there is a three year warranty on them that covers repairs like that.
It might be the best to talk with your local hearing professional about that.

Is it connect with Android phones

Signia X won't connect with Android phones. Signia AX connects directly with some Android phones. You can find the list with compatible devices here: www.signia.net/en/support/compatibility/
