Some airports in the US have had the bag scanning machines upgraded in the last few years and you no longer have to take liquids out of your bag or use a clear ziplock, you just have to only carry bottles up to 3.4 oz and have no more than a quart sized volume total. The last 4 times I have been through TSA I have been told to keep everything inside of my carry on and personal bag except for tablets and laptops
a label is so handy. I travel a bit and have a neck issue so use travel size clear bottles. often I have tried to remove my makeup with my face moisturizer 😂😂
For travelling only couple of clothes, extra pair of shoes, toothbrush with paste and some shampoo is needed no matter where you're going to🥲 (Extra scrunchies and hijabs if needed) Makeup and other skin care stuff isn't only expensive but also not a necessity so you're good to go😍

This is ideal packing for two. One suitcase as above, one for clothes, plus a backpack each for overflow that you can use a daypacks.
All of those liquids will have to be removed from all those bags and put in a ziploc so that you get through airport security so what’s the point..
