Frametime graph for windows is terrible, this is not a clean Windows install. Nice try though, War thunder should have no issues keeping a stable fps in Windows.
if you have to re-install the OS to get good performance, this is a big problem :) my time has value, i can't waste it to re-install an OS to keep it fast after years.
With this benchmark you encouraged me to return to Linux. I have problems with fps stability on Windows and I have an rtx 3060.

How often should I be reinstalling Windows to maintain a clean install?
Lmao you never have to reinstall Linux to get peak performance. NTsync coming soon too with more fps boost
Obviously every once in a while you gotta wipe out your OS and reinstall everything to keep your PC in an acceptable state! /s
