Thank you so much dude. Your video was clutch and incredibly helpful. I had a no crank no start and watched 50skid guide. He suggested replacing some fuses, one being f105. I knew where it was but has no idea how to get to it. Appreciate your help and taking the time to make this video.

Oh man. My car has been down for a month. I've been thinking it was the starter then stumbled upon your video! Just pulled that fuse with your help & testing/replacing it if needed. I'm prayinggggg it's this! Only 70k miles on my 04 e46. Fingers crossed 🤞
Did replacing the F105 fuse solve your problem?
@@RoleyChiu nope. It was a combination of starter(replaced $1400 😔) and my battery was completely shot
@@davidalter7810 damn. yeah starter replacement is one of those labor intensive jobs.
@@RoleyChiu that it is. I think they said you basically have to take apart the whole top end! Zero fun whatsoever lol
No starter replacement on a e46 isn’t a hard job , not at all , u can do it from the top by removing the intake or I’ve done it from underneath without removing anything but you got to fight all the wires and u are working by feel or memory , but either way it can be done easily within a hour and a half , any of y’all in Alabama, I would have done it for half that price ,

Hey guys! This fixed my no crank no start that I had. It was related to some electrical issues with the ignition switch/clock spring. I found a wiring diagram online showing that was part of the F105 fuse circuit and decided to try and find/replace it. Couldn’t find the video so I made this one for y’all!

OK you can believe it or not but I followed what you did in the video. I took my fuse out then I tested the polarity and it tested good. However, when I put it back in the car and put everything back, I went to go start it, and the car started, so for anyone who’s watching this even if your fuse test good maybe clean off the terminals and connections I think my issue was corrosion

Thanks for the video, my left headlight power wire(yellow with blue stripe) is not showing voltage at the headlight connector so I'm trying to track where it goes after it comes out behind the glove box, do you have a link for a wiring e46 diagram?

Dude. What symptoms were you having on your car? Cuz i need help. I tested some fuses and it seems that fuses 24-34 are dim on my probe light tester but everything else shines bright! Could this be the solution to my problem? I get random no crank no start
I am the having a problem on my bmw e46 320d 150hp of 2004 model. That problem came after the steering airbag replacement, the fuse number 5 till fuse 15 is giving 4.8 volts instead of 12.5 volts. Steering controls on both side, horn, radio, heated seats, dsc etc.. not working. Can you help ?

Could this be the reason why my 01 e46 m54 is misfiring terribly? I just installed, new coils, all fuel injectors, spark plugs, MAF sensor and cleaned out my ICV, and also put a brand new disa valve in... literally not even a week old. I did the old disconnect the ignition coil connector and if the car starts acting up that means the coil works trick... numbers 1,2 and 5 connectors are not working with the ignition coils... which I think is causing the misfiring... could this be the reason? Again it's all brand new. ... my car starts its just misfiring so bad then if i try and drive it it'll stall.. its a stickshift 5speed...😮

My e46 had got a random problem, no instruments apart from the air bag light and the business head unit only allows bmw then nothing else, any clues

What if the reading is 18.5 ohms aprox? my fuse third from the right has that reading...goog or not?
Did you measure it in the car? Is your battery still plugged in? That could be sending power through it. I’d imagine if you were getting the signal then the fuse would be still good
@@nolansperling3743 yeah, battery attached and i measured in the car.. i have a problem in first row of fuses, where horn fuse is located and radio and steering wheel commands, on every fuse i have 5 volts instead of 12... Commands on wheel not working, horn not working, radio and parking sensors...what that could be?

My BMW is cranking,but not starting after checking the fuse .

What caused you to check this fuze ?
No crank no start I had from some electrical issues relating to my ignition fuse/clock spring in the steering wheel. Real oem had a diagram that tracked it back to F105, that and 50’s kid no crank no start video said to replace the fuse as well
