Yes, you definitely want to close your mouth when you use the waterpik. Also. I believe I have the same waterpik and if you don’t want to fill it up with water with the tiny hole you can twist the water dispenser container and you can fill it that way as well.

You should try the essence new baked blushes. They have a shimmer but so pretty and the bronzers are nice too. The wet n wild bronzers are gorgeous also
A tip for meatloaf:
Use white bread which you soaked in warm ish water before and squeezed out the Extra water instead of Panko. The panko you put on the outside a bit. So the meatolaf will be nice in the inside and a bit crunchy on the outside 😊
You always make me want to organize everything. The two types of doctors that make me have anxiety are dentist and OBGYN / Gynecologist.
I've had some doctors that were not very sensitive to my needs. I'm being nice when I am saying that. I had endometriosis and my first doctor didn't know anything about endometriosis and was rude to me and I have had rude dentist that were unkind and not helpful to me. We all need both to have empathy on all levels and be knowledgeable in how to find out what each person may need for their needs.
I should say I absolutely love my new dentist and my gynecologist now but its so so cold in both offices so I dress warm and comfortable.
We will definitely be here.

Yes! Probiotics are sooooo important especially when you are on antibiotics. Something doctors need to preach and they don’t. I got so sick with a deadly gut bacteria from antibiotics and just one of the doctors prescribing these stupid antibiotics would of saved me months of physical and mental pain. I hope they keep sponsoring your videos more people need to know how important a good probiotic is.
I have ad a water pick for about 4 years now. My denstist loves that It. My cleanings are alwasy a breeze and I never, ever have tarter build up!!!

Even if you've had the spot under your eye for a while get it checked better safe than sorry.
My mom had a spot show up right under her lower lash line about a year ago and she thought it was just a mole and she was diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma. It's cause by sun exposure and we try to wear sunscreen most the time but hers is so close to the eyes you may skip putting sunscreen so close to your eyes.
Long story short for everyone apply sunscreen SPF 50+ generously and often!!

That little bump is called a Milia and it is completely harmless! Usually milia that have been there a while have to be extracted to get them to go away. Most people get them on their eyelids
