Ben drowned is pretty much just a Creepypasta made from the statue of Link when you play one of the songs in The Legend Of Zelda Majora's mask and a statue of him would appear and that would be used for other parts in the game anyway and I think some people thought so it was creepy so they made their own Creepypasta about it. I'm pretty sure that's what it is. As the statue is something that exists in the game. Also those screams and laughs were skull kid when he had the Majora's mask controlling him and those special arrows you had to miss were actually buttons for the Nintendo 64 controller as it originally came out on the 3ds but has been ported on some consoles and remastered on the 3ds
Unless you haven't played Majora's Mask, it's set after ocarina of Time also first released on the Nintendo 64 and Link leaves Hyrule for his own journey and skull kid gives him trouble and link chases him and then he gets and soon he arrives in a town and has to stop him from making the moon falling. It's a good game
