I love Bataan I visited the province a couple of times with my stepmother. The Western Coast of the province is beautiful. Gentle sloping hills which gives a beautiful of the Philippines Sea. The only thing I didn't like is how expensive lands were. Bataan in the 70s and early 80s was an expat province. President Marcos opened an Economic Zone in Mariveles. They always had an international shiping port there. One of the biggest factory in Mariveles was Ford, Fjord Norwegian Yatch builder, Slazenger (my dad opened it when he was sent by Slazenger UK in the 70s.
We plan to visit Camaya Coast when we move permanently. We will be just outside of Laoag City. Our house is almost ready. We will officially be relocated in July 2025. Maybe a side trip to your area will be in order.
I love driving along the west coast of Bataan overlooking the ocean and the beautiful sunset. Soon! it will be just a few minutes away from the province of Cavite and maybe an hour drive from Metro-Manila once the proposed bridge is completed. We have a property there in Anvaya Cove located in Morong, Bataan. It's a secluded high-end residential beach resort and golf estate developed by the Ayala Group. I know the prices of real estate there is going crazy. I bought the property during the initial stage of development way back in 2016 and now the price is almost unaffordable for some people.

Thanks for the video. I had been looking at Mariveles for retirement. That bridge really changes my plans. Have to wait and see but I think it just knocked Mariveles off my list. Have to wait and see how it effects the area.

You forgot to mention one thing that makes this region undesirable if it will enforced: The Activation of the Bataan Nuclear Power Plant.
When it was build they prevented it from going online, for obvious reasons. The Philippines are in the so called ring of fire, earthquakes are not exactly rare, and Typhoons go through regularly.
We all have seen what happens with nuclear power plants in this area in Japan with Fukushima. And Bataan one is much older. Whole Bataan area could get unlivable. No thank you
They have new nuclear plants now that will not leak radioactive materials regardless of natural disasters. Bill gates is building one in Idaho.
Angeles and Subic are terrible places to live. Bataan isn't that great. We live in Mindinao. It's not that great. It's cheap. Women are available to old men. But living here isn't spectacular in anyway.
There’s no foreigners because it’s boring 🥴
Respectfully disagree with this video
At least come check it out. You might not want to leave.
sounds to me like you are doing this only to draw tourists into your town, and as an ex-pat, I want to get away from people who only remind me of being back home..I came to the Philippines to get away from the high costs and vulgar speach of my home country...
Ok calm down mate they probably stopped chasing you !😮😊
There is always a negative Nellie. Stay in the USA Sir!!
Your comments are so stupid. Please STAY IN THE USA!
John Thomas you are an A HOLE SIR
This is the vibe am looking forward in your blogs now that you’ve settled in the Philippines. Stay away from politics and critique talking. That’s not your business. That’s the very reason why you stayed away from the US right.? Instead keep traveling, dip into adventures, family time and locals time. Etc etc… This is what we your subscribers wanted to see. We dont need your opinions, your criticisms. We want to see you more. Flaunt and capitalize more on that Hollywood celebrity-like gift and stature of yours, your pretty wife, your son, your family, her clan, foods, go-to places in the Philippines, your chit-chat with clans and locals. See you being immersed with her family, not instead seeing you like distant and discreet from her family and people. Learn from Filipino millionaire UA-camrs, who just did their business and not attacking one another, thus made it very big in UA-cam. Do not sound like another expat blogs that feels like nuisances already in UA-cam and the Filipino people instead of entertainment and enlightenment. Believe me, you go this direction and shift of journey, you will make it big in UA-cam. That handsome face and physique is your prime perfect weapon and armament. Trust me. You will say thank you to me one day.
Be nice and shut your mouth if you have nothing say.
dude, having KFCs and Dominos should be counted as CON not as a PRO. You had the chance to get our of the US and travel a bit, learn to eat decently then!
I guess you assumed those are the only places that we eat. Sorry for your confusion. Over and out.
@@Marker44 no I did't . I only assume that someone who has been exposed to international cuisine should be horrified to eat at KFC or Domino from then on... but I guess that if you grew up eating trash it is hard to realise that even when you are exposed to a different reality.
@@rogerroger6857 no I still like it along with other types of food.
No smart person cares about junk food.
I did not claim to be a smart person at anytime during this video 😎
