I love that they've kept their original sound instead of trying to dramatically change like most other bands. That's one of the reasons they will always be my favorite.

Same but they change just enough where each album has it's unique feel. Out of all bands my opinion is they have the most complete library of amazing songs no filler. There maybe a handful of songs that I'll skip. But 4 albums just put in a let ride. If you want consistency Nickelback is it. I don't think people hate them I believe they're jealous

I'm sorry to disagree. Listen to albuns Hesher, The State, Silver Side Up, they played much more hard rock long time ago, 98 to 2002. Things started to change at The Long Road album 2003, even though they had songs like Flat on The Floor and Because of You. ATRR album 2005 had very few rock n'roll songs like Animals and Follow You Home Side of a Bullet and FFATWR. They said on interview last year, 2022, they did a more aggressive album, reffering to Feed The Machine 2017 with some hard rock songs and nice guitar riffs but did not get much publicity. So they turned their sound soft again with this album. They changed original sound, even though Mike Kroeger, bassist and drummer Daniel Adair are more keen on playing rock n'roll songs. Chad Kroeger unfortunately lost deep voice after throat cyst removal surgery plus nose job. Stil I am a fan but would rather listen more rock n'roll like the beginning such as Never Again, Too Bad, Where Do I Hide, Flat on the Floor, Not Leaving Yet and one of the most intense drums on the song Breathe. Search in youtube for Nickelback Breathe Younge Dundas Square. Hope you enjoy it!🤘

Same here! Hell, I love all their music… at least from "All the Right Reasons" onward, their older stuff is "suggestive" to me. And by "suggestive", I actually mean I have a select few favorites.

I've been listening to their entire discography because I was introduced to them in 5th grade and just realized I'd only heard like 3 albums from them. I currently love Song on Fire but honestly I don't think I've heard a bad song yet
@Leah Callahan I know I've been listening to them since they're 2nd album dropped. When I was growing up my dad used to play them every morning and I'd sit on this rocking horse and jam everyday @6am. Now I'm an adult (without the rocking horse) and I still jam 🤘gonna go see them for the first time in Winnipeg MB in June.
Personally, I like Steel Still Rusts the best off the album, but this song is a very close second. The entire album is good
