Retired scareactor here..did seven wonderful years with Hhn. Your tips are going to save a pour soul..great advice. Id like to add that event does change its paths this year with new tents..(slightly) plan Your routes and remember where those houses exit so Youre not running back and fourth Be nice to your feet.
Thank you so much! Glad to know we are on point! Thank you for insight about the routes! That’s some solid advice! What’s your favorite memory from being a scare actor?
My favorite memory will always be the cast mates I've met through the years. I can talk all about the scare experience and roles portrayed. But the best memories happened outside of the sets with the cast. Although I can gladly say I'm forever haunted by Depths of Fear😂
Dark sunglasses for at least a few minutes before you go into the houses! It helps your eyes to adjust, especially before the sun goes down. We did Stay and Scream 6 times last year and the heat would have killed me without my umbrella for shade and a handheld fan! Great tips!
Sunglasses are a great addition to the packing list! Especially for the houses as you transition from stay and scream! The monsters house last year was so dark!
I also recommended liguid iv packets or any other kind of extra hydration powder to add to water. If youre from out of state and this is your first time in Florida. The heat will murder you, im so thankful, i bought liguid iv with me, it might have saved me from becoming a dead raisin on the sidewalk.
Soggy shoes are a rite of passage. Make friends with water! It might be politically incorrect to say this, but my #1 advice is to get healthy in preparation for the event. If you're 20+ pounds overweight, make it a goal to lose as much of that as possible. I almost fainted in the Descendants of Destruction queue, as my body felt like it was imploding into my feet. I made it thru, but it wasn't pretty. Oh, make time for the live show. The energy is unlike anything else you'll find at the event.
haha gotta experience the rain! It's not hhn season without it! Couldn't agree more with the show comment! The performers crush it every show and as you said that energy is electric!
Ben and Aub !! Happy Monday 😊😊. What a great list. Aubrey, I didn’t think about earplugs that’s a great idea. Thanks so much for another great video. Hope you guys have a great week.❤❤
The Most Important Thing to Pack is BODY GLIDE FOR YOUR INNER THIGHS! THE CHAFFAGE IS REAL! I learned the 1st year in 2021. Haven't missed a year without it yet! It works wonders😂. Trust me its the best tip!
Ooooo that’s a great point!! We totally bring ours, that’s for sure! Lots of steps plus sweating equals some serious chaffage! That’s a great addition!
Great tips! I’m debating on a small backpack or just my Fanny pack. I have a disposable ponchos that fit in my Fanny pack. I just don’t like carry a lot of weight around.
We may go to hhn. Not sure yet. This morning we made our reservation at aventura for the November meetup but I'm really jonesin to get back down there.
@fudge_factor I'm not sure lol. Hey, I comment on almost all your videos. You don't have to reply. I like your channel, and I'm trying to help the algorithm because I'd like to see you take off. Keep up the good work
Haha we appreciate that! Your support means a ton to us! We would be remiss if we didn’t respond though because we appreciate you, your support, and your insights!
lol pack a ride home! I stay at a timeshare in Kissimmee when I visit. I’ve had really bad and disappointing experiences with Uber and Lyft drivers. I tried to plan this year’s trip with staying a Universal hotel but that didnt work out this year…

Liquid iv are great! That’s another great addition to the packing list!
I always take blister Band aids to put on back of my ankle or toes or wherever I start feeling something rub
Oooo thats a good idea! Gotta take care of the feet with the long nights! Particularly if its a wet evening!

Smart, I'm already doing my walks and stair climbers. :)

Definitely will need to get a new battery pack for this year! I am still on the hunt for that perfectly sized bag.....
What lenses are you bringing for hhn??
Another set of great tips. So excited for HHN
So ready! Ready for another announcement! We are getting so close!

Kristi! We hope you had a great weekend!! Thank you so much for watching! ❤️❤️
HHN looks so fun
It is so much fun!!
Hhn is amazing. Once you go you'll be addicted.
Facts!
Thanks for the heads up about the rain. Idk why but I would assume October/November there would be no rain.
Oh yeah! Planning for the rain is a must! Hurricane season baby!

@@fudge_factor the rain and humidity omg😩
😭😭
Great tips! I’m debating on a small backpack or just my Fanny pack. I have a disposable ponchos that fit in my Fanny pack. I just don’t like carry a lot of weight around.
Totally get that! Small pack packs are great unless you plan on riding rides then the locker rules still apply!
@@fudge_factor ya, I’d rather not mess with the lockers lol
Truth, not worth the hassle
I did teva sandals for hhn in the rain, worked well
Ooo that’s a good idea! Your feet didn’t hurt by the end of the night?
@fudge_factor not any worse than when it wasn't raining and I wore sneakers
That’s always a positive! And you didn’t worry about the rain!
@fudge_factor the sandals didn't hold any water, so it didn't make me feel like my feet were soggy and there was no chaffing or blisters
That’s good to know!
We may go to hhn. Not sure yet. This morning we made our reservation at aventura for the November meetup but I'm really jonesin to get back down there.
What’s your hesitation?
