Well, THAT was easy, huh Don?!! 😉 I’m not subscribed to Chicanic anymore, but I did learn one thing from her - many times an engine will be revived if you can get it to run long enough with any method available. I’m sure it’s just gummed up passages that get cleaned out as fresh gas dissolves the blockages. I’d be willing to bet that was the case with this Kohler. Having an auxiliary fuel supply with fresh gas and spraying fuel right into the intake was all it took! 🔧👍
Pretty cool old machine. Wonder why it wouldn't run on the carb for a minute there, maybe the fuel didn't have time to reach it ?? Milwaukee huh ? Not the tool company I'm guessing.
