Loved this. You did a great job on this. Very interesting topic. I have to say I am not sure about Crytids , but certainly that doesn't mean they don't exist. Just a very interesting. Thanks so much for doing this. Lovely images too. I do love the Peak district you can see why legends appear from it.
Im not sure about them as well but the world is a weird place and it's an interesting subject, some of the folklore goes back millennia, like in the mermaid one I did a few weeks ago, I enjoyed researching this one
Bogarts in my opinion is what became buggers in the appalachian areas of the US when referring to sasquatch or wood buggers!'sounds very similar! And English people settled these areas very widely in the 17th century etc! I'm a Yorkshire man and have been a serious pupil of sasquatch studies for over 20 years since leaving the British army! I know sasquatch exist and there is so much yet still to learn!!
Interesting thought, there must be something connecting the origins of these legends and tales being as there are so many don't you think, the big foot, Sasquatch legends and sightings and similar are worldwide in one form or another and under different names
I don't buy into vast majority of the other supposed cryptid creatures! Sasquatch' I know exist!! But the others?, can you imagine if only a few of these others were real, it'd be like living in an episode of scooby freakin doo!!'absolute bonkers!!
Ye i tend to agree generally, apart from the big cats which has a smidgeon of truth to it as I showed in the video. Still, they originated in the minds of the people who claim to have seen them and seemed real to them at the time, it makes you wonder how and why there are so many, curious subjects. You speak as though scooby doo is not real? 😁

How things vary from region to region hey, midlands say Boggart, I think this is the spelling
Bogarts in my opinion is what became buggers in the appalachian areas of the US when referring to sasquatch or wood buggers!'sounds very similar! Bogart pronounced, as in "Bog"! It's a Northern Sprite, brought, probably by Vikings!
I think our ancestors were more in touch with the supernatural hidden in nature ie elemental entities😮
Yes i agree with that, mobile phones, TV and WiFi has done our intuition in so many ways
