Apologies about the significant delay on this series, I was fighting just about every technical problem with Photoshop, Premiere, my PCs power supply, everything. Temper your expectations. I saw a lot of people saying "he's cooking for ages its going to be good", this isn't the case! I had less time than ever to cook because I spent most of the time fistfighting windows 11. Though I'm happy with the modpack and the video I did end up rerecording over and over again so its a bit messier than I'd have liked, especially after 5 days. Should be back to normal now!
And once again, a massive shoutout to Keyz for coming up with a proof of concept so cool I knew I had to turn it into a full modpack. What a talent and a scholar.

I was really proud of Blast Radius' design as well, they were a really balanced colony as a trio That said, I do also kind of love that the plans are immediately derailed and that control was taken away. It's exactly what I was going for with this pack

The blood could wait; even the worst mundane infection was nothing compared to the Goo. First plan of action - find the softest, most well lit bit of floor she could. There would do. Next, find the medicine. It was in one of Gene's bags, and her dad was letting out short gasps of pain. She picked him up with great difficulty in a fireman's lift. She set him down. She was a trained medic, and it was time to act like one. She took the bonesaw from the medical kit. She set to work. She ignored her dad's screams until she could patch the wound. "Hey, kiddo?" "Yes, dad?" Gene smiled wanly. "I guess I'm half the man I used to be now." She couldn't even be mad.

Been watching since the early days, 4 years ago. You never fail to entertain and delight. May have had to drop my patreon support because of losing my job but believe you me, I doubt you’d ever fail to deserve all the love and attention you get from us.
If i could reccomend, calling it "grey goo immunity" dosent make sense as a grey goo disasembles a person from an atomic level, maybe they are infected with there own nanite swarm that fights off the external mechanite swarm, think generator rex cartoon from cartoon network.
I'm definitely not an immunologist; but I don't think that it's too far from the truth to say that we do, in fact, have a nanite swarm that fights of external nanites. Ours are just meat-nanites.
Drizzt really should be a monoscimitar. I mean, he should be a pair of monoscimitars with the second one named Guenhwyvar, in a perfect world. Eta: kill sorrow on Drizzt is PERFECT ahahahahaha

I checked the starting save afterwards and there's one infected that made an absolute beeline for that beginning room. It's the same save available for download so hopefully it gets some other people as well, I'll feel better knowing that
I am loving using the ancient ruins mods with the mall and other facilities. I oul even suggest making a museum like a record of the wolrd that the goo is trying to delete
This start truly encapsulates rimworld as a game; utter chaos completely destroying your thought out plans before you could start them, leaving you to adapt as it goes

Looking for feedback on this next series idea, The Rim-Pantheon. It features slowly aging immortal gods with specific powers responsible for different aspects of their land, like the gods of fertility, war, light, storms, and the dead, etc. The series would start with 3 gods, including an all-father figure like Zeus or Odin, and gradually expand their godhood. Children of gods have unique powers, while demigods (children of gods and mortals) resemble their god parent but age faster than gods and slower than mortals. The pantheon is also in constant conflict with other pantheons trying to expand their empires. And have a little kratos wannabe running around

This feels like the fastest a series has ever gotten a direct story sequel in Sam’s setting, no? Except for Blood Court being followed by Vehicle Wars and then following Mabrei into Twilight.

The opening scene in the mall is almost 1:1 to how Zomboid plays.
He's spoken about it before at some point, saying something like it not being conductive for long term playthroughs or something.
