Watch Michael Jackson performing his number one hit "Billie Jean" live at the Lia Manoliu National Stadium in Bucharest, Romania at the end of the first leg on October 1, 1992 as part of the Dangerous World Tour to a sold-out attendance of 90,000.
This October 1, 1992 concert in Bucharest, Romania was filmed for broadcast on the HBO network on October 10, and a few days after it was then broadcasted all around the world, giving HBO the highest rating garnered in cable TV History, with an unedited version airing on the BBC. Jackson sold the film rights for the concert for $20 million, making it the highest amount for a concert performer to appear on television. The special earned Jackson the second of two CableACE Awards of his career, this one for Outstanding Performance Musical Special.
Only a few amount of copies of this specific concert are currently available on UA-cam, with most of the copies being taken down for copyright issues by SME. I tried multiple attempts on uploading my own remastered version of the DVD copy, but all ended up failing due to copyright reasons. I then decided to turn the scheduled upload into a split screen video, comparing the two broadcast versions of this concert in hopes to resolve the copyright issues. This video features both the one taken from the DVD, and the original unedited version from the BBC. The DVD version on the left side of the video has been remastered by myself using Topaz Video Enhance AI, making minor adjustments to the brightness, contrast, shadows, highlights and hue. Meanwhile the BBC broadcast version on the right remains the same and has not been altered in any way. The audio used in this video is taken from the CD "Dangerous Tour '92" the bootleg from the official soundboard audio. It as well has been remastered using Dolby and Audacity, focusing on increasing the bass, hi-hats, hi-fis, and the kicks. Added a slight reverb effect to it along with a mid taste of crystallization.
• The Dangerous World Tour
The Dangerous World Tour was the second world concert tour by American singer Michael Jackson to promote his eighth studio album Dangerous. The tour was sponsored by Pepsi-Cola. All profits were donated to various charities including Jackson's own "Heal the World Foundation". The tour ran from June 27, 1992, to November 11, 1993, playing 69 concerts to nearly 4 million people.
All concerts were professionally filmed by Nocturne Productions Inc., which filmed all of Jackson's tours and private affairs. During the 1992 European leg of the tour, MTV was given permission to film backstage reports, interview the cast and film live performance. The mini-show was hosted by Sonya Saul and had six, 15-minute mini-episodes of concerts in Munich, Werchter, Dublin, Hamburg, Cardiff, London, Leeds, Berlin, Oviedo and Madrid. MTV released footage of "Billie Jean" and "Black Or White" at the first show in Munich. "Billie Jean" was released with 2 different versions, one by MTV as a special, and the other on the Dangerous Diaries documentary.
The concert in Bucharest on October 1, 1992, was filmed and broadcast on television all across the world, giving HBO the highest rating garnered in cable TV History, with an unedited version airing on the BBC. The concert film titled Live in Bucharest: The Dangerous Tour was officially released on DVD on July 25, 2005. Full concerts at Oslo (July 15th, 1992) and Copenhagen (July 20th, 1992) were fundraised for online by the fans, and performances at Bremen (August 8th, 1992), Buenos Aries (October 12th, 1993) and several scattered amateur recordings have been leaked and can be found on UA-cam.

0:35 bruh, on the BBC version MJ also hits the mic stand, but on the DVD version MJ just passes by and doesn't even get close to being hit, something's fishy here, the DVD source doesn't change the camera angle until a little later, but the BBC version is constantly changing, maybe the BBC version of the show also has footage from different shows like the DVD and isn't so unedited as most people claim
BBC verison actually used Jumbotron verison, and also faraway cameras and might have Wembley show mixed maybe here😮💨 and actually I prefer Oviedo show then Bucharest show😁

I have the impression that it's not the same concert. On the second video on the right of the screen when Michael takes the microphone we see the foot swinging slightly and he dodges it slightly but we do not see this same scene on the video on the right

Where did you found the DVD concert video? I was looking for it, and I couldn't find it.
It's actually just an extract from my own copy of the full concert in DVD that my parents bought for me back when I was young, it was still in pretty good shape so I decided to use it for this video and remastered it.
Edit: The reason why its hard to find the DVD version on the internet is because most of the copies of the DVD concert that have been leaked on UA-cam have been taken down for copyright reasons claimed by SME.

Yeah the official channel page of Michael Jackson has the full concert posted in their channel, however the resolution can only go up to 480p, so it's not in the best of quality nor in HD.

Me parece tan gracioso que haya gente que esté tan convencida de que el de DVD tiene fragmentos de otros conciertos AJSJSJJAJAJS, cuando realmente es el mismo concierto pero cambiaron los ángulos, esto me parece de maravilla porque significa que el estudio al hacer el DVD tenia acceso a cualquier toma llegando a poder ver cada moonwalk del Dangerous Tour desde el frente del escenario asi como hicieron con el de bucharest porque eso de grabar los pies en cada moonwalk de billie jean del Dangerous Tour me parecio algo torpe
De hecho SÍ tiene fragmentos de otros conciertos de la gira, obviamente no en todas las canciones pero si en algunas, como por ejemplo en Man In The Mirror, cuando Michael va hacia un lado del escenario y se sube a los andamios del escenario, eso pasó en Copenhague
En Black Or White tiene algunos fragmentos de Múnich
En She's Out of My Life la fan que sube al escenario es en realidad la del concierto en Frankfurt.
Y bueno, sin contar la escenas del público que también tiene fragmentos de Bucarest y de otros países
