FUN FACT OF THE DAY: There is an offline mode built into the game, called debug, so the developers can implement it at any point that they want to, but they most likely can't because of the publisher Deep Silver having such a firm grasp on Starbreeze's ballsack

For anyone still concerned, the servers are largely fixed by now. You usually just have to wait a couple minutes at most to get into a multiplayer game now.
From the moment you click the payday 2 icon on steam to launch the game to the moment you spawn in someone else's game takes less than 15 seconds, including skipping the initial cutscenes, clicking the menus and loading times

But when looking back at your main channel vids, I found this old video of yours named “Petscop: The Best Game You’ve Never Played” and I have absolutely loved it, in the video you’ve alluded to a sequel, but it’s been over six years since then, and I’d love to know if anything is in the works. Pyro if you find a pre-workout without beta alanine it wont give you that tingly sensation. Its supposed to increase muscular endurance slightly but if youre only lifting weights it does not matter. And the slight increase is probably not worth the pins and needles

by the way, to add on to the servers thing, around 2-3 weeks prior to full release, they did a "Stress Test" for the game where the goal was to make the servers tank as much as the beta testers can. so they really have no excuse on the shitty launch

The pins and needles come from the Niacin content in the energy drink btw, niacin in high amounts is used to fire you up for workouts but makes you flushed and the pins and needles feeling.
The matching problems where a problem with the provider (the provider promised they could handle that many people but they couldn't). If you play now it works perfectly as they have switched providers.
Also they are looking into adding single player

He didn’t say that, he said Starbreeze should’ve expected that their game would’ve had more people because of their prior track record, but also that the provider gave them a raw deal. I don’t really agree with him because there’s no indication that Starbreeze failed to recognize the size of their fanbase - just that the provider failed to deliver on promises made to Starbreeze.
