My every morning meditation. Two things that have helped me enormously:
Chanelling my empathy and people pleasing crazy drive towards people i dont know vs those i do who throw my love back at my face. Make baby blankies for goodwill. People have started donating wool when they knew what i did.
Like you said, keeping a log or even google calendar of things that would nurture me to keep me healthy, wealthy and wise. When your google calender starts to remind you of these things you actually start to believe someone cares for you...albeit some minor annoyances like procrastination, ....you. you see yourself as someone worthy of love.
