Valley Metro working to cut down on vehicles crashing into light rail trains

Arizona’s Family Investigates found about two dozen crashes involving the light rail and cars or trucks since it opened.

I have driven next to the light rail as well as taken the light rail itself. The signage on and around the infrastructure is extremely easy to understand if you can’t drive around the light rail don’t drive at all

Were people in AZ not taught to look both ways ? I moved her from out of state. Never have I seen such bad drivers who don't look, I did notice you get like 15 years between drivers tests in other states thats 3 years.

It's because people who drive those vehicles are just dm. very simple. Take their drivers licenses away.

Valley Metro moving people around efficiently while at the same time ridding the road of bad drivers. It's a win-win. I wouldn't change a thing.

Here is an idea.. fix the lights so a driver does not sit at a red for 5 minutes. We all know phoenix lights suck.
