Explore of magnificent Woodbridge

Join us as we walk in the magnificent town of Woodbridge, the 'jewel' of Suffolk. We view a picturesque town centre and Shire Hall followed by a walk along the River Deben and historic Tide Mill. The highlight of the day is the Longship workshop and museum where we see a restoration project of the Sutton Hoo burial ship. The end of the vlog takes place at Woodbridge station.

Woodbridge is a beautiful small town. I lived there from 1985-1987 and enjoyed it immensely. The entire area from Aldeburgh, Snape, Orford and east to Ipswich is very calm and beautiful. Woodbridge is conveniently located and has a great center. I miss it. - thanks for bringing Woodbridge to me.

I was taken to Woodbridge as a small child during WW2. I have very fond memories and will never forget the Bomber Boys at the old Red Lion Pub where my gran played piano for them.
