I'm an advocate of garlic its good for testosterone but also immunity and increasing blood flow and sexual functioning. Dark chocolate is also a good thing. Never heard of the watermelon being good for T before i will look further into that. I might learn something new, thanks for that. The cold exposure has been shown in studies to have no effect on T levels. But consider that the scientists took a group of guys T levels subjected to the cold and only the cold and then tested them again and found no real increases. But nothing is known about test subjects health lifestyle etc so that should never be taken literally. The health benefits of cold exposure are many and improved health is beneficial to T of course. I take cold shower every day its refreshing. Also the sun don't forget that winter sun can also provide vitamin D But the sun is not available as often and when it is it is not up for as long so a supp can cure that.
I think it would have to be raw honey to provide those benefits. I don't think pasteurized honey made by artificial sugar fed honeys can be full of uniqe properties, and pasteurized ones comprise about 90% of what is available at the market
Always quality is going to make a big difference. Of the commercial ones Manuka honey is probably the best it has a higher nutrient content, and yes many of the honey you see in a sipermarket have been compromised with added sugar but definitely if you can get natural honey from artisan producers it's much better. Far superior. The best honey I ever tasted was one that came with some big pieces of honeycomb inside the jar. That was bought direct from a beekeeper. We can get local honey from a market nearby and it has a different taste when it's pure. It's a great alternative to sugar and on its own honey is never going to miraculously increase your T. But it can be beneficial in combination with a varied diet with little or no sugar. High blood sugar can affect T levels if its too high.
@@TotalEquilibrium1 I appreciate the lengthy response man. Tell you what, I've also seen a couple of your other videos, including the one about semen retention. You know you don't mention it yourself there but they say it's not just about the T levels but the density and the number of androgen receptors on abstinence streaks increasing that give you a whole lot of benefits, primarily the ability to make good use of your already existing free T. Just that might be deserving of another video on semen retention. I'm not sure if that can be the case but still interesting
@@yagmuralksal4762 Thanks for the insight I plan to make a video dedicated to androgen sensitivity and ways to optimise androgen receptors so I will include the benefits semen retention provides in that video. Thanks for that I appreciate it dude.
Great information Sir, keep up the great content.
Garlic, dark chocolate, watermelon, sunlight/hot tempatures, freezing water/cold exposure

Surprise. I have been taking honey in my coffee for a while now. I cut sugar too. Feel much better for it.
I also cut sugar too and also feel much better. 👍
Same!
